I mean season 1 came out in 2013, it’s been 7 years now and it’s most likely that they won’t do season 2 even though they’re continuing the novel, if there’s gonna be any update please reply to me

i think ss2 will come out in 2022-2023 (my opinion). Chiwa said something about 9 years right? so i guess the next season will come out after 9 years. We have volume 14 of the light novel now so i think 95% we will have ss2. =)))

I hope this anime has s2 because of its very interesting storyline pattern and makes me ask "what will happen after episode 13 is finished even though I already know in the novel what will happen but I hope that this anime has s2nya as soon as possible waiting for it is very lhh not fun

While a season 2 would be great, because the ending felt lacking, I don’t believe it’ll happen. I’ve yet to read any of the LN content to continue as I’ve recently finished the show myself, so I can’t say for sure but there are tons of shows that need a season 2 that never got one, even though there were tons of cliffhangers as well as the manga/LN that it’s based off of being done. As always, it depends on the audience and how well it’s received. If there’s no money in a second season, a company won’t waste the time to make it, as we all know. This anime came out in 2013 and it seems it’s still getting some love even this far in for only having 13 episodes, which always makes me happy. In other words, does it deserve a season 2? Absolutely. Will it get one? Probably not.

Also, when Chiwa said come back in 9 years to Masuzu, she was implying that she (Chiwa) had been friends with Eita for 9 years, rubbing it in Masuzu’s face. She was essentially telling her to come back and try to compete when she’s know Eita for as long as she has. There’s not a hidden message in the ending for season 2 to be released in 9 years...

Realmente quiero saber con quién está Eitakun. Nunca te cansas de decir que necesitas una segunda temporada. Si no quiero perder la esperanza para una segunda temporada de este hermoso anime, me da una luz de esperanza. Gracias por tomar este anime increíble en serio te amo pienso dos veces sobre lo que te dije y puede sonar loco ha pero podría ser con Mazus que sería ideal jaja si pudiera

To the people who are still waiting, when Chiwa says to come back in 9 years, she is referring to the episode where they learn that Ai Fuyumi has known Eita for longer than Chiwa.
So she tells Masuzu Natsukawa to see her again when she has been with Eita for more than 9 years.

I am sorry about it but 2022 is still no news of the s2, I think there will probably not be, we can always read the NL,
If people are still interested in this anime please put a report message if there is news in the coming moments.

Classroom of the Elite and The Devil's a Part timer's sequels came out of nowhere after all. Like no one expected that they'd actually bring them back.
Then again, they ARE more popular than OreShura and it's been a couple of years since release so better not get our hopes up IG.

It is strange, because I watched it a second time, and the end is setup for a second season with everyone getting new motivation to go after him, after he talks to them.

To not get a second season would be an unfinished ending.

Note: I don’t lazily watch 3-5 episodes, biasedly compare to other anime, or unfairly judge by surface level similarities. With every anime I start, I watch the entire series, both Japanese Sub & English Dub, then judge each anime based on what they present, to give an honest and fair rating.
