Lmao @ Ai-chan. She got swiped by the waves. The beach part was kinda funny. Eita gets punishment after being misunderstood. I've seen that a lot in these type of series.

The little bits with Masuzu in this episode was kinda meh. Ah, and I didn't like seeing her sister pop up again in this episode although I do have to admit that this time around, she seems to be a lot more pleasant than before.

Ouch getting his ass hit like that must've hurt

One more episode, can't wait to see how they end up finishing it. Although it was a good series I would much rather it end at the next episode then have a second season. I doubt they would have a second season half a season is enough for this series. I never read the light novel so I don't know if there is more story after this but this is a good place to end the anime, all though the ending might be rushed a little bit with only one episode.

I hope Masuzu and Eita can be together next episode

So Masuzu's hard outer shell has apparently broken apart.

That 'acting' on the train - was much worse than doing nothing at all.

I'm hoping for chiwa or somone other than masuzu ending, but from the looks of things it will be masuzu:/

Goddammit. Looks like they're seriously going to try to force the Mazusu ending. Glad to see Mana has a not-total-bitch side to her, though. Also, dem bikinis.

For the record - I'm not "shipping" anybody, nor am I looking for a 'harem' ending. I don't dislike any of the characters, and while I'm disappointed with the story overall it hasn't been bad, either. But if this is following some original source material that hasn't played out yet, I'd just as soon it did so even if that meant the show ended without any 'conclusion' - I've never been one to expect an artificial ending like that.

I was rooting for Ai after the cooking scene since you can tell she really loves him. But I'm glad it looks like the the mc is actually going to pick a girl, judging by the end of the episode.

Looks like Masuzu is going to end up winning! :D

Masuzu's dere part finally surface after being "demon" for so many episode..
Masuzu's sister return,quite friendly,not as bitchy as last time..It feel like quite creepy

It is not real life,so harem ending is permitable,but if and only if the girls can stand this..but from the title,it says "suraba",means battlefield which indicate they will fight to become the only heroine..seems like harem ending is not possible,he will has to choose,eventually,even after the series end..

I hope he actually picks one of them instead of vague ending that is just summed up with a talk between him and masuzu. Which will probably happen she'll admit she likes him and then it'll end off leaving nothing answered

I can already tell what will happen at the ending and I'm going to be very disappointed because Kidou will end up with Masuzu! >:///

Still, I'm rooting for Chiwa! She's the reason why Kidou have been studying hard and why he become anti-love because he wants to focus at studying so he can become a doctor!

I am shipping Chiwa too and it looked that way until Masuzu's imouto rammed her bike wheel... Ouch!

This show is really becoming better and better. The shifts between realistic/unrealistic, the beauty of sadness, are connecting well.

I agree, best for last episode I hope! Much improved from the first few but I am glad I stuck with it and will keep reading the manga and/or novels after to see what really happened.

Judging from the fact that the LN is still ongoing, I'd be very surprised if it ends next episode with an anime-only ending. It's probably going to have a second season since it seems like this series is fairly popular in Japan.

Just looking at everything though, it feels like either Chiwa or Masuzu will have a chance. I can't see Himeka or Ai being it, although both can be pretty entertaining at times.

And kudos to the studio for bringing this series back up. It kind of tanked in the middle but it's getting better and better.

Harem ending is unavoidable as the LN is still on-going. Pretty sure anime won't end it their "own way".
As for next episode I think he will not choose anyone, but will give VERY BIG hint as to who he is going to choose in the end of the series (Chiwa or Masuzu) my guess. Chiwa for his dream or Masuzu as she is like him, and has kissed him several times.

So he's going to choose Masuzu in the end, huh? Well, I was expecting this since the beginning, as it seemed to be heading that way - or just a harem route. We'll probably end up with either one, I doubt anyone else would win. Even though she was kind of nice in this ep, she is still one of my less liked characters.

Ai was awesome as always, too bad Eita is such an ass to her.

I hate Masuzu, then again, it seems obvious that that pendejo Eita will end up with her.

i just knew he would end up with masuzu. he himself did say on the card game, that he rather choose masuzu rather than a harem. mehhh its the same with every anime, there is always this fun character who everyone love but in the end the protagonist would choose the one they first end up with or attached feeling to.

Question: Eita was literally standing at the edge of a cliff, so why was Mana cycling directly towards him? If he wasn't there to stop her she would have tumbled over the edge to her death...it isn't like he was walking down the street or anything, if he would have listened to her and moved then she would have died. And on that thought...why was she cycling at high speeds towards the cliff? Does she have a death wish? It would make sense though considering how angry she was at Eito for SAVING HER LIFE.

Okay, moving on: Good episode, the first half was kind of funny, but mostly just a typical beech episode. The second half was better, however due to the fact this is only book 4 I doubt that everyone is right about Masuzu winning, at least not at this point. I'm still cheering for Ai to win anyway.
I also fail to see why everyone is already waving apocolypse flags about Masuzu winning, I mean at least wait for it to happen before you start bitching about it.

I find this hilarious, if this was anything other than anime then Kaoru would be the "gay guy". It says so much about this medium that it is more likely that he is actually a girl in discuise, and yet it is the reason why I love anime so much.
