Who thinks this is th best season of AOT?

Personally,In my opinion this is by far the best season of AOT not for it's animation,yes animation was on top but the consistency of the the episode the anime had show was absolutely marvelous.
What do you think is this the best season?

S3P2 is a true final battle for AoT as we knew it. It has a sense of finality while opening the door to one of the biggest plot twists in anime history.

I mean, judging by the 844K+ people that gave an overall score of 9.11, I’d say most people think this.

Personally I think season 2 is the best as it was the season that established most of the best things about the show, has all the best dramatic elements needed for a solid season, is the bridge the leads into season 3, and IMO has the most nail biter moment so far.

I'm gonna have to agree that the second season is the best one. From the horror that was the first encounter with the Beast Titan to the reappearance of the Smiling Titan, all in all the overall consistency of this season was especially great. I could rewatch it again and again without missing the highly present feeling of excitement.

Definitely season 3 part 2. The pacing was perfect, the story line, the animation, the suspense and intensity in the fights. It also opened a new door to the show that we had in season 4. There was nothing that went wrong in that season.

for me this was aot’s peak. the pacing was spectacular and it was just amazing. i wish i could watch it again for the first time ugh

Ofcourse it is. Many people would like s4 part2 more but this is Peak AoT for me. Basement arc is greatness arc.
S4 part 2 has few things which upsets me but s3 part2 is perfect in every aspect.

Same!! Both have really excelled in different departments and I can't really choose, but I think I'm leaning more towards season 4 because the plot was the strongest.

Yes character writing definitely carries season 4. Season 4 alone made me love Eren, Reiner, and Zeke. Before that it took me 3 seasons to love Erwin and I could only like Mikasa for being cool

For me it gets better every season

S1:9( worst season imo still 9/10 ,still great)
S2:9.5(reveals and 6 best episodes from this season)
S3:9.5(great arc but could have been better ,7 episode were top tier ,rest were calm and good buildup)
S3p2:9.8(one or 2 episodes were a bit slow to be honest,while for the fantastic 5 episodes hero, midnight sun,perfect game,that day and attack titan were perfection)
S4:9.9(consistency and good pacing of the story first 8 episodes so far🔥🔥 and last 5 episode really raised the blood pumping ,the other 3 episodes were oddly paced put great)

I have rated every season a 10 because it keeps on improving in every season when it progress but that doesn't mean the previous season is dull or has mistakes.this show manages to keep the mystery mode and slowly uncovers it eventhough it cost 3 season to completely understand what is the story is about and the world,the plot is build without any plot holem

I personally find season 3 part 2 as the best season of Aot as well; but I feel like season 4 could've been on par with it, at least to me it could've been as equal if it had better animation and better uses of soundtracks. But I still think that season 4 is a great season

If we are ranking it like on Mal, S3 P2 easy. However I think S4 as a whole will be the best season when put together. But I still think that s3 p2 is peak AOT and S4 P2 will also be peak AOT, definitely the first couple episodes at least.

S3P2 is only considered the best because of all the build up that came before it.

People say S4P1 is 'boring', but you can't have pay-off without setup and pay-off is always more entertaining than setup.

It is indeed great. SNK in general is a solid story. It has its bad-pacing moments and flaws like any other anime, but overally is impressive. The twist on the last episodes made me think about "The Village" from Shyalaman. When I thought about everything, the pieces fell right like a big puzzle.
