The best character for me is probably the main character, Naofumi.
The worst characters are the other three heroes.

The worst by far to me is the spear hero. He is too dumb for his own good.

They are all the same, naofumi is better because he gets a lot of screen time, so you at least feel a little bit of familiarity towards him ( and little bit of a hate when he starts to backtrack on his little development).

I'd classify this show as when you have too much money and don't know how to spend it, it has topnotch animation, hafassed story, bare bones world and plane cartoonishly evil characters.

Spear hero is so dumb I can’t even form an opinion on him. That would be like calling a potato brainless. Naofumi is an interesting character so probably best for him, otherwise it would be rapthalia or filo. Worst worst character would probably be that racist useless king

Best - Naofumi, Raphtalia, Filo, Erhard (The Shopkeeper/best character in the show)

Slightly less then top-tier but still good - Melty, Melty's Mom

Mid-Tier - Sword Hero, Bow Hero, Glass (Cool asf, kinda hate her but she's also badass)

Bad - Spear Hero, Slave Guy

Deserve Death - Bitch (AKA Whore when adventuring), The King (Bozo)

The worst characthers the bow, seard and the spear hero. Because they think there of world that a games or a searias.
The best characters Naofumi and his team. Beacouse he think than hero. he not just doing what he see the serias or games.
