| Mahou sensei Negima has some amazing character development all around. One of the manga that gives the most development to its support cast ImO. |

| Try Zetman. It's a "hidden" gem by one of my favorite manga-kas (did I's, Ichigo 100%) and it's a massive change of pace from anything else he's ever done. I strongly recommend it. Only downside is that translation seems to be erratic and pretty bad as you get to the latest chapters. |

| Twin Spica is a hidden gem that has some great character development and it's fairly enjoyable to read through each time. |

| Well the hidden gem for me is Kengan Ashura. It is relatively unknown but it has some of the best fights and one of the best art styles that I have seen. I have read it like 10 times and I am planning on reading it again. The main character in Kengan Ashura and its sequel Kengan Omega has a very decent amount of character development. Same goes for many of its characters. |
