angel densetsu - the protagonist is very powerful but some thugs from his school do not think he is a big deal so they all hunt him down one by one... but they didnt expect him to be as powerful as he was said to be.

Monster - After leaving his life behind, a brain surgeon is hunted by the police, as well as the people he himself is investigating, all the while being wrapped up in the dealings of a charismatic serial killer. (My score: 9/10)

Trigun - As the most powerful outlaw on the planet, Vash the Stampede has an extremely high bounty on his head. Because of this, he is hunted by almost everyone he encounters, and eventually by an elite organization of assassins called the Gung-Ho Guns. Vash the Stampede also happens to be a staunch pacifist. (My score: 8/10)

I'll also throw Steins;Gate in here as well, because I think you'd really like it. It doesn't exactly fit the "hunted" premise you're asking for, but there are some subplots about conspiracies to get the MC killed. (My score: 10/10)
