It really makes you wonder/get excited at what kind of new broken Servants we'll have by this time next yr that make this yr's CQs pure cheese, and last year's much easier. | Classically late to the conversation, but... Apocrypha anime completely neglects actually showing us Atalanta's characterization, but don't let the ''save all children'' goal fool you. It's pretty explicitly stated that her mindset is more akin to a wild animal than it is a human being - by which I mean, she thinks its 100% okay to slaughter the sickly, elderly, the weak bla bla if you want to just because you can. She has the ''strong eat the weak'' mindset and basically thinks you can slaughter whomever the fuck you want (except explicitly children) for any given reason like... needing to steal their food, wanting to eat them, or for simple sport. Dunno about you, but that's pretty evil. Even the entire ''save all children'' goal stems from her personal circumstances rather than her actually ability to empathize with others. Her father abandoned her as a child because she was born a woman, so she wants to ensure that children all have the opportunity to lead a normal life when they're born into the world since the circumstances of her birth didn't allow her to. |
