Seconding Bunny Girl Senpai and Haruhi Suzumiya series (both personal favourites). I heard good things about Kaguya-sama and Eureka Seven.

Naruto

I don't think I have any pure romance shows on my list, I can only offer either romance/drama or romcoms.

Violet Evergarden
Your Lie in April
Anohana
Angel Beats

Romcom:
Tsurezure Children
Gamers!

Maybe also Steins;Gate but I'm not sure if I would put romance on second or third place there. It's a great show in any case.

And I guess, if you like short films, Garden of Words and the last short film of Flavours of Youth.

Bungou Stray Dogs + the sequels Bungou Stray Dogs 2nd Season, Bungou Stray Dogs 3rd Season, the movie Bungou Stray Dogs: Dead Apple(Watch only after finishing the second season!) and the special Bungou Stray Dogs: Hitori Ayumu(Is actually an seinen but i feel it has elements of an shounen, so i think you'd like it.)

D.Gray-man + the sequel D.Gray-man Hallow

Fullmetal Alchemist + the remake Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood(I suggest you start with the 2003 version first and then watch the remake, because it fleshes out the earlier chapters and characters much better than brotherhood does.)
