A Certain Magical Index (light novel)
| I like accelerator and Hamazura, but I watch this series for Touma. I really love his personality. Yeah, accelerator is badass and well, Hamazura is umm..Hamazura? But what I like about Touma is how he is not bothered by the fact that he is a level 0 unlike so many characters in this series (Saten, Hamazura during the start, etc), how he doesn't have any ambitions (unlike Accelerator) and how he just wants to live a normal life (complete his homework, talk about his misfortune, etc). I am on episode 2 of season 3. I recently got into this series and I am also loving season 3 as of now, but I've heard that season 3 is really bad and Touma is more like a side character this season. Is it true? I love accelerator and Hamazura, but I'd prefer Touma to be the main protagonist. Index won't be the same if the first protagonist becomes a side character. |

Out of 18 episodes so far, Touma was at the center of the events for 12 whole episodes, and while not directly involved with the events in the remaining 6 episodes a bit of it has to do with his existence and the actions he took previously/concurrently.Is it true? | I mean this is just two separate anime told together. You watch one of Touma's adventures and one of Accelerator's missions. That's how I go about it anyway. |
