When do you rate a series?

I will score an anime while it's still airing, even if there's only one episode, but the score might change when I finish the anime.

sometimes I would score an anime right after the first episode if they are impactful enough to massively impress me on one or mulitple aspects
i do also agree some of the anime are inconsistent and full of baits (goblin slayer is an example)
