Well the installing of mods is not much different from skyrim except most make you run an installer rather than download a zip archive which would work too. The LAA patch is just something this specific mod needs because the game engine can't handle the scale :3
I highly doubt that it'll run at playable framerates with like 200 mods installed xD

The skyrim community is nothing like the soulstorm one though. You can explain in gigantic red letters on the front page, in the installation instructions, on the download page and in the installer at the same time that you need to install a certain dependency for the mod to work, and yet you keep getting the same question almost daily why it doesn't work with that being the problem :P
I was talking about skyrim in which case you should know the answer to that, but if you're thinking about soulstorm then it doesn't scale across multiple threads at all. It's 100% singlethreaded ^^;

In the LN you have much more backstory and the like for each of the characters, and their deaths being gruesome is just because the vast majority of nazarick is designed to be ultra evil by the players and thus that's what you get. Surely you wouldn't want all of them to just die by the hands of nazarick old guarders like the lucky dudes outside? :3

And it is, so don't torture yourself with it xD

But they do give you an idea of what will happen to them which is all the information you need. It's also far more interesting than just having them die a quick merciful death :3

They had no way of knowing that. In the LN it was mentioned how well preserved the tomb was, they could tell someone was actively maintaining it even to that day. Which you wouldn't expect a bunch of skeletons to do :3
On top of all that they also had the option to just take the gold they found and leave it at that. They even speculated that since there was so much of it in the above ground sanctuaries that the main tomb might not contain any. But they didn't leave it at that either :3
There's enough detail on that picture, it's just a nice artstyle :P

Eh, it was enjoyable to see the events of volume 9 unfold but aside from that they did ruin it with terrible grade animation and cg comparable to berserk making things look much less epic than what was described in the LN ^^

Well I don't know about elsewhere, but the idea is that when you reach 50 years of age that you're old and are comparable to mustard so when you reach 25 years of age you're halfway there thus you get a half-full pot of mustard :3

Yes. After the whole ordeal with jaldabaoth in the kingdom ainz ordered demiurge to mercifully kill the captured humans. Nigredo and Pestonya did not like that so they snuck out and secretly attempted to release them :3
Because of this ainz decided to keep them alive and when solution asked for live humans he decided to give her some captives of Eight Fingers instead of those humans. Both of them did get confined as punishment though :3

It was indeed quite horrible, also before the episode I didn't know those things are from Lovecraft so I was very confused at what I'm looking here. The CGI was as bad as I thought it would be, especially those faceless soldiers are just the worst. Most disappointed thing was though that this episode was the "splat splat splat" every LN reader was hyping for weeks now and for this? Just because some huge monsters stomp on fodder people get hyped? I don't get it :3

Yeah, the Dark Young looked very bad in the anime too :3
Well you can blame the animation for that. The content of the episode while it did cut a lot as usual wasn't all that bad. However due to the way the art and animation is done it just looks stupid rather than epic :3
First of all the dark young were described to be 10m tall excluding tentacles, not kaijuu size. Secondly, they were described as being fast and agile despite their size, ramming into the army "like a dumptruck hits a swarm of rats" with tons of screams, blood and gore and a total of 180k dead :3
They also had a posture more similar to that of goats rather than some... whatever that was :3


In the anime they didn't even really use their tentacles and just walked over an army that had suddenly decreased in size to what looked like 500 at best :3

They tried to resist at first with their pikes, and some still tried afterwards, but most started fleeing afterwards and of course they would, wouldn't you? :P
Besides, what's not epic about a spell that can obliterate 180k men? Whether they're fleeing or not doesn't matter :3
If the animation were at least done properly so the dark young collided with the army like described in the LN rather than being so massive that half the army just passes through their legs and that the number of soldiers on screen didn't magically shrink and of course the dark young weren't just stomping around in the middle of nowhere with no live soldiers anywhere to be seen then it would've been much better :3
And in terms of gore they didn't have to make it as gory as described in the LN, but they could've at least shown blood xD

Why would you even want to make a gif of such horrible animation other than for laughing purposes? xD

They are the exception though as most anime studios are known to have an insane working environment with minimal payment :3
