| I won't be surprised if we don't get a new chapter in November. The hiatus is starting to really worry me about the authors health, I heard that it's nothing serious, but 7 months is a lot. |

Nope, the translator now is Fastmoon on tumblr and she's very active with the fandom. She posts updates every month and the magazine that publishes the manga just hasn't mentioned anything about Noragami in 6 months now. |

| My guess is that no news is good news. What I mean by that is that if the magazine knew that things had taken a turn for the worse or maybe even that it would never continue, they would have said something by now. I seem to recall the original statement said something like "Noragami will be on hiatus while the author recovers from an illness". Unless it's a figure of speech or something that they usually say for these situations, I'm taking it as that the ill author is in the healing process, so it's just a matter of giving her time to get better. They've been doing this pretty much non-stop since 2010. They could even use the time to rest, and perhaps even rethink future plot points of the series. Of course that's just my optimistic way of viewing it. I have no idea how these things usually go since this is the first time that a manga I follow goes on hiatus. |

| The Hiatus is almost near 1 freaken year! I've been searching 'Noragami' in google for the past 6 months (Once A Day atleast) thinking their'll be a news on the state of the mangaka's and if the hiatus is about to come to a stop....But nothing is to be found even after a year T^T |

They apologised for the long wait and thanked the fans for their patience. *Edit, the postcard wished everyone a happy new year. The whole injury thing was said in a letter Adachitoka sent to a fan in Russia who made a huge gift basket for them and wrote a whole letter in Japanese. The postcard was a thank you for them and the rest of the fans. |

Still a generous number and I believe the noragami author has gone on hiatus for the first time. These rest of the series have gone multiple times lasting 1 to 3 years each time. There is even a famous berserk joke |
