The comic is fully coloured though. It's not a very old comic but I keep trying and I can't find anything!!

I'm asking for reddit. Someone mentioned that the lady in the picture might be deaf, she defended the guy from some bullies and left. The guy came up to her and she kicked him on reflex. I seem to have read this too, but I just can't remember where. Searching for deaf girl manga keeps giving me koe no katachi. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

It started with this good for nothing boy that wants to confess his love to the girl he likes, but only sent her a letter in her shoe locker. I dont remember if he got rejected or w.e. The girl's friend knows he likes her friend decides to help him and tells him to basically man up. At the end the guy decides to man up and work really hard, and becomes famous. Later on he decides to confess to the girl's friend. At the end he ends up with her.

later in the story, the mc is about to get arrested (forgot why) but he jump back into his childhood time, save his mother from serial killer, went into coma, years later (around 10 year, probably the same age when he jumped back into his childhood) wake up in hospital. People around him surprised that he is familiar with the current time (well, something like parallel universe there)
Then the story focus on stopping the serial killer and i believe this manga already finished, want to re read it but i forgot the title

Another hint/clue that i remember : it involve a girl that he try to save on first timeline, on the second timeline it involve his best friend to catch the serial killer
the serial killer on first timeline is a politican, on second timeline become some regular/ordinary guy

A demon who sustains himself through solving mysteries teams up with a (cop? Maybe?) in a mutually beneficial arrangement where the demon helps solve unsolvable cases, locked room murders and such. It's definitely a thriller style cause murderers and such but the cases are super well thought out
