Hi, I want sum good anime that is deep, has plot twists, mindfucks or similar shit.
The deepest anime that I've seen is Zankyou no Terror, it was a masterpiece for me.

Also I like stuff like this: "I don't understand what I'm watching but it's amazing and I'm not stopping.", I think it's kind of similar to Redline, because for the first time you don't really get some stuff but it's so fucking good that you just can't stop.

Also can be any genre but sum good shit like mentioned before.

Recommend anything that comes up in your minds.

Monster, my friend.

"Deep shit, plot twists, mindfuck" is somewhat its speciality - and since it appears you're a fan of 1900s Germany-- it's the perfect pickle tickler.

shinsekai yori (very slow start. it is in 1000 years in the future where humans live in small villages and have telekinetic powers. the history is dark and mysterious, there are rat people who are pretty much slaves to humanity, vanishing children and much more... rly great anime) ( THIS ANIME IS MY ETERNAL #1 :D I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT)
first 60 sec from the frist ep which is pretty much 1000 years before the actual stors
amv

code geass (similar to deathnote. mc gets a power, here he can control people through eye control, with this power and his strategic way of thinking he starts a revolution + has some amazing moments)
opening

madoka (looks childish at the beginning, but fear not it has not thriller psychological and stuff for its genres... it is a destruction of the magical girl genre and is dark and psychological)
1 of its openings.. they also look so happy
amv that shows more how madoka rly is if you wanna proof

fate zero (this 1 is a more action themed, but mature. it is a deathgame with 7 masters and their 7 powerfull servants. there is strategy, treason, awesome animation and fights, even the fights itself have great strategy
[yt]DwX_h3BVd6o[yt] opening

erased (thriller , not as good as its manga, but still it is a good anime
opening

psycho pass (good futursitic sci fi poliuce thriller. great world building and first season is dope
best opening from this series

didnt watch these 2, but they are not famous for nothing I think
monster
opening

higurashi
opening
My favorite quotes from animes:

Those who seek miracles will never experience one. The hand of salvation only extends to people
who try to make miracles happen. - Ef a tale of melodies.
I destroy worlds. I create worlds. - Code geass
We are humans. - Shinsekai yori
100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and a 10km run EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! - One punch man

+1 on Higurashi and Madoka Magica.

And if you don't mind picking up a light novel, The Empty Box and Zeroth Maria might be your cup of tea.

Many recommend Monster which, indeed, is mindfucking and has a plot twist, but if you really want to have your mind fucked, you should read Billy Bat by the same author. The ending does seem a bit rushed, but it is definitely worth it.
⛥Something wicked this way comes.⛥

Zankyou no Terror!!! What a gem!!!!

Mawaru Penguindrum (I'm surprised no one has said this yet)- "I don't understand what the fuck is happening but I'm intrigued"

Shinsekai yori (I know everyone has said this)- This. Was. A. Masterpiece. This show messed with me for DAYS

Baccano!- a lot of "oh shit!"s escaped my mouth while watching this. The plot quite literally twisted so many times and was so elaborate yet at the same time very cohesive
