(These are in the archive thread and at the top of card editions thread) The other could do birthdays, editions requests, webtoons list, and events. (These all have their own lists inside the thread, events are also stored in the archive) Does that sound like a good division of work?? |

| @Hakaminah I didn't mention staff badges because @ryuubus makes them and can easily load them there when they are delivered and updated on the club page. Also, whenever there is a new layout made either the creator can make the archive or can ask someone else to do it. Because this doesn't happen often I don't think there needs to be an assigned person. |

| @ryuubus I updated claim lists, this time keeping Second / First Name format except for "Mo Guan Shan" in uke list which I kept without changing order as it's made of 3 parts and "He Tian" in seme list since it's not japanese name and idk if it's right to change anything. |

| @Dancho I see your point. Ill message Juni and see if her assigner has signed up in their club. If that is the case, then you can delete your sign up and sign up in our club. That way you wont know who is gifting to you. One sec. |

| @Dancho Delete your post from their club and sign up in ours. That way you will know who you are assigned but not getting a gift from. You will be assigning people in our club names from the opposite club. I will be adding my request in the opposite club this will make it even. Since no one else has signed up. |

| @linette If you want to do it monthly we can add it to the list of monthly editions and a date for them. I wont have time to participate in yet another monthly on top of all the other ones that I am currently working on. You could also do your own solo thread for it to be opened monthly as well. Like your Gara editon in CDL. If anyone else wants to join they could just add cards to your thread?? Decide on what you would like to do and we will go that route. |

| @_Nagisa I'd prefer not to, since if we leave it the way it is, we can see who requested first without having to scroll down. If you really wanna change it a bit you can separate out staff requests since they should be done ahead of members. |

If a member suggest a manga/theme that had been used by one cm in an edition, for example, manga chibi ed and one cm made cards featuring that manga/theme, should I add the suggestion too? Or it will be count as done already? I hope you get what i mean |

| @_Nagisa Only take them off the request list if the edition is a :normal edition named after the request, or it is a theme for staff birthdays, anniversary editions, or members + editions. Manga chibis and black and white are random and not all card makers use the same theme for those so don't count those as done, since only one card maker used it. I hope that is understandable enough :) |
