Is the end date of Manga Chibi Series 16th (when last reply was posted) or 19th (when 1st post was last edited)? Edit: and where to add BL Mangaka Card Collection? If it's going to be big / last long is it really okay to add it monthly archive? |

| @Hakaminah You can do either for the birthdays, just make it clear where you last added from. For the ending date you can use either, its up to your discretion. For the Bl Mangaka Card Collection, yes its okay to add it to card archives. The Manga Chibi of the month and Black and white series are ongoing and also included in the Card Archives list as well. We might make a separate thread for ongoing Series editions in the future but that would change the timeline of the archives so I want to hold out on that. |

When you open a card thread remember to take the small text off, that is there for staff to know any specifics about the theme before the banner is made, or to say who the edition was suggested by. @ryuubus Were you still going to make participation badges for the Christmas event? The sign ups open in 2 days, and they need to be added to the thread before it gets posted. Also, about the member badges, I already used those images for the Ten Count card thread.... was it done intentionally?? The members might want something original/different from cards they have already chosen from. |

| @ryuubus There is no hurry on the badges, we don't need temporary ones. Take your time and play around with them as much as you want until you are satisfied with them. No preferences on the Christmas badges completely up to you. Just so long as it has the club name and the event name on them, anything you wanna do. |

| @KnightA Thanks for sharing the Thread! @linette Black and white series are for manga pages/ black and white images. Chibi series is for yaoi chibis. Nothing too specific, just fit those criteria. ALL Card Makers Could we get more participants in our Staff members birthday editions please :) They are both in the same post atm, but there are 2 more with birthdays in December. |

| @_Nagisa Back when I was accepted I checked every category in archiwum (except games) to see what I need to add and added everything that was missing. Right now the only things that are missing are: current layout + banner and 2 not yet created (?) staff badges. After week since edition has been opened I check it everyday to see if it was closed and for now everything should be up to date. Past edition list is also in (Future) Card Editions thread but it was only updated only when edition ended and I don't mind keeping it like this. There is list with birthdays which I watch and update whenever someone posts a reply and if there will be claim there should be claim list in it (because the whole point of claiming someone is that no one else can have him right?). It's not much so I'm not sure how to split it. I'd be weird if we both look at everything because the one who's late will have nothing to do. @ryuubus @RachelPanda what do you think about this? |
