| I didn't want to watch all that because I don't find anything interesting about him and that he is just a spoiled rich bitch but I decide to give it a go and after watching all those videos open mindedly that only made him sound even more like a self entitled spoiled brat. He thinks everyone owes him everything he asks for. I in no way relate to him. His family sometimes didn't handle his autism/aspergers and general dickishness that well though so obviously that didn't help but at least they tried but Elliot put out no sign of effort on his part. It was hard to hear some of the things Elliot said without bursting out in laughter but it really didn't help how that Youtuber was reading it. |

| elliot rodger does not share similar traits to the common person. yes, loneliness and isolation occurs to every human to some extent at some point in life but he was also very mentally ill/psychotic. anyone who feels they can relate to him is someone who needs to take care of themselves and need to seek help. i personally don't think this relates to anime at all but i haven't seen this video and this stuff is interesting to me so thx OP |

| his dad was pathetic and actively contributed to elliot turning out the way he did. growing up the way he did around that kind of culture and people i don't know how he didn't end up killing himself sooner. if i had to guess why,i'd say that it was because he wasn't always that specific way, and his aspergers/depression?/whatever problems he had only got worse the few years before the shooting. if you read the manifesto thing, you'll see how progressively worse his mentality gets from when he was in his early teens until the end. |
