I asked this in another thread, but there's something bothering me about Jeanne's physical stats. According to the source, she's got B/B/A in Str/Endurance and agility. If you want a comparison, that's basically equal to Cu Chullain's stats in Stay Night, minus 1 rank in endurance.

I get that stats aren't the deciding factor for any Holy Grail War, but considering who Jeanne is, I find it hard to believe she has stats that are almost equal to a warrior like Cu. In life, Jeanne was a flag bearer, but not exactly a knight or warrior like Cu, King Arthur and Diamurd.

Physical stats are dependent on a number of factors. 1. Their legend. 2. How strong they actually were in life. 3. Summoning location. 4. Their amount of influence in said legend. 5. Class container. 6. Quality of the summoning master (whether they're 1st class like Tokiomi/Kayneth or 3rd rate like Kiritsugu/Shirou

So looking at Jeanne, yea her fame is very known across the world, yea she was summoned in France. But who she actually was? I can't imagine her being in the same caliber as most Knight class servants in terms of stats alone. And as for the master, well according to the anime she was summoned by the holy grail itself without a master to anchor her to the world. That's the nature of Ruler class servants, so I'm guessing because being completely reliant on the Holy Grail as a mana source makes Ruler class containers in theory more powerful than any other class container.

I dunno if the source material has said anything about that but enlighten me.

She lead the fuckig France army as a leader to the one victory after another how she cant be a "not exactly a knight or warrior" that just stupid.

Or it is just that you are triggered by her have equal stats as your gar ?

Ruler class has the superior characteristics because they are summoned BY THE HOLY GRAIL ITSELF (which is incredibly stupid but I am not here to question the complexity of that magic war system). She is supposed to uphold the rules of the magic war and thus is stronger than any other servant, to make sure he can show them their place. It is never intended for Ruler to participate in the grail contest, but to oversee it. There is zero problem with Ruler being overpowered, unless Ruler decides to interfere in the game. Then the Grail is one stupid thing, can't even choose a good referee.

Joan of Arc is literally french equivalent of king arthur in terms of popularity and legend. Her legend is known all over the world. She is one of the most famous french generals that saved and unified the country through her own skills, intellect and leadership alone.

Why should she NOT be in the same caliber? She pretty much has everything needed to be a Saber(which has high class requirements) already.

I also don't understand this either, All of the Black servant can't win against Ruler?

This is common sense. Both Ruler and Servants are summoned by Grail. Ruler is the overseer, she is league above Servants. Only logical they can not defy her, while she THEORETICALLY should not defy Grail. Neither Black nor Red servants (or any at all) can't go against her under normal circumstances.

Being servant automatically make you stronger than most humans anyway, like Shakespearer can probably crush your head with his barehand now eventhough he is just master of the pen.

They need the Ruler to be strong enough to not easily get murdered, but it's not that she's so physically strong a whole team can't beat her, it's that Rulers get access to command seals as mentioned in the latest episode. Unless it works differently than normal that means she should theoretically be able to just order everyone to commit suicide.
