| Lunge comes off as a scary type of dude. With those eyes staring into your soul and his little finger tapping for memory recall. He's a bit unnerving. Pretends to be on your side, but he only cares about his objective. He comes off a bit annoying, but I like his characterization. I think the psychologist hit a nerve with him though. But now he knows where Tenma might be located, so he's closing in. |

| Lunge is the recalcitrant, pigheaded type. He really believes to death in his version of the case... This power scaling boost of Johan now shown due to him being Schuwald's right hand man vividly reminded me of MW as I remember Yuuki through some machinations being in a similar position to Johan. Curious influence. |
| I love me some Runge character development. I love how he's written, he's more than just a cop looking for the bad guy. Great conversation between him and Rudy Gillen. |

| Rudi's analysis of Lunge was really on point here. He's so afraid to face the fact he was wrong about Tenma now he's in complete denial, despite his excellent skills. Deep down i think he has known for a long time Tenma is innocent, but he kept on with this crusade all for the sake of his ego. |
| Rudi is absolutely correct. Lunge can't allow himself to be wrong about this case. |
