| Uh, I have a screen shot from mobile about an agressive ad, don't know the source so I'll just put the screenshots here. I've tested it in other sites and it only appears on MAL, about 2-5 seconds after opening a new page. |

| Category: Hiding content. Description: Extremely intrusive ad. I cannot return to the previous page and the only way to get rid of it is to close the browser. This makes it impossible to browse MAL on my phone because it will pop up after a minute or so every time I go to the website. It came up so many times that it's now actually listed under my 'favourite websites' in my browser. Country/location: Netherlands. Device: iPhone SE (iOS 9.3.5) MAL URL: Everywhere on the site. Sorry, but I installed an adblocker on my phone now, too (I also have it running on my computer). I usually have no problems with advertisements on my phone as they can be minimal, but these intrusive and malicious pop-ups did the trick. |

Nice and tidy. +1 I've tried "turning off" adblock for a while but holy batman ads sure are annoying . Popups,"sounds" and it's literally heavy 5+ ads on a single page that takes so much space it's unreal. I'm not turning it off ever again under any circumstance unless things change and the damn "annoying ads" are reduced to max 2 per page just like TeamLiquid or something similar that's actually sane . Until then adblock in full force ! |

| The online episodes when they reach an ad, it keeps showing ads indefinitely, not letting a guy watch the rest. I'm starting to think this thread is bogus, it's only here to justify the blue boxes that ask us to disable AdBlock. Don't see any staff here... |

| Yeah, the Valkyrie Drive ads should be restricted to ecchi/hentai titles. They're PG-13 but not necessarily SFW. |

| MAL, your ads are horrendous. I have bounced back and forth whitelisting your site on Adblock, but all it does is remind me why I have Adblock in the first place. I really do want to support your site, it is an invaluable resource for anime and has a great community, but YOU NEED TO STOP THIS. I, and I imagine many others, are very close to just ignoring those pleading boxes asking us to whitelist you. Stop the malicious advertisements or you will soon lose enough ad revenue (from either Adblock or decreased traffic) to the point where your site cannot function. You are no longer on my whitelist. | I have had a number of malicious advertisements that redirect me to other websites recently. I will be keeping Adblock activated until it's taken care of, as I don't want to risk getting any sort of virus because of something stupid like that. I will periodically disable it to see if the problem has been fixed, and will try to take a screenshot and get more information on it if it happens during one of those moments.
