6000 - a nice horror that takes place in an undersea lab reopened after "problems"

All You Need is Kill - read the manga or novel.....don't watch the movie

Area D: Inou Ryouiki - an interesting bit of sci fi/horror/survival involving mutants on a prison island

Franken Fran - not really horror but it has some moments that aren't for the squeamish ..... lots of irony and each chapter is pretty much stand alone so you don't have to binge

School Ningyo - I think that I had trouble finding both volumes so you may have to hunt around on different sites...... nice horror stories with an unusual ending

Good luck!!

It'd be easier if you had updated your list, you know :P

All You Need Is Kill +1, really great survival story, and manga has beautiful artstyle
Bradherley no Basha - drama/tragedy
Hideout - typical horror story, but drawings are amazing
Uzumaki - mindless gore, definitely not for everyone

Kanojo wo Mamoru 51 no Houhou
It isn't a horror but it fits the survival and thriller themes you want.

Sure would be nice if you had stuff in your manga list. Kinda hard to recommend stuff without having that information since damn near everything everyone has suggested you say you've read already.
