| i believe the first part will be a direct sequel to the anime (and also game.. they're not that different) while the second part will be a prequel to the 2nd game |

| No, it's a sequel to the game. There're two games, only the first was adapted, the anime seems like it'll assume you have played both. I'd highly recommend playing the games before trying the new anime. The games are very good and worth playing, so it shouldn't be a problem. |

| You should play Danganronpa 2 first which is available on steam but if you can't afford it, just watch walkthroughs on youtube |
