What is censored?

I started watching Parasyte (currently at episode 3) and I just discovered there's an uncensored version??
I tried rewatching episode 1-3 of the uncensored version and honestly I can't tell the difference. Does the censorship come in later episodes?
Can anyone tell me which episodes are most heavily censored so I can do a comparison? I just want to make sure the version I got is uncensored so I can get the full experience of the anime.

Do you know which episode specifically? From what I've seen so far:

Episode 1 - When the old man ate his wife's head was shown in both versions
Episode 2 - The fight with the parasite dog and the nude parasite woman was also shown in both versions

Madhouse avoided most needs to censor things by just cutting gore from the manga completely/replacing it with something tamer. There's really not much difference at all between the two anime versions, if any. Skipped scenes you can see in the manga include a lot of dead bodies, some necrophilia, etc.
