havent seen your list but;

code geass - genius, and has a single use ability that hypnotises people once.

rurouni kenshin - an assassin/samurai who uses a legendary sword style. (there are a bunch of OVAs, an anime of 64 episodes, and a filler series anime of another 30 episodes)

basilisk - MC is the head of a ninja clan. and he is just too OP.

shingeki no kyoujin - i think that OP describes the MC here quite well. but i wont ruin it for ya.

ao no exorcist - what would you expect from a son of satan

beelzebub - badass. OP. evil. doesnt give a fuck. delinquent. if it werent for the ridiculous baby and lack of romance, then this anime would actually be the perfect anime.

code:breaker - cold, strong, controls fire, strong, can fight well, strong, smart, cool, strong, has secret ability, doesnt take orders. did i mention that this guy is strong?

grisaia (2 seasons, kaijitsu and rakuen) - not sure if youd say that he is "OP" but he is military, and smart. he is a legendary sniper.

hellsing ultimate - if you took all the OP badass MCs from all anime and mashed them together then you would get someone who was about half as OP as Alucard. he is the definition of badass mother****er.

ichiban ushiro no daimou - demon lord, strong, and he doesnt even have to try.

haguure yuusha - yep this is OP.

NGNL - never lose, geniuses. id say that this is the unconventional kind of OP MC.

Some of my favorites with strong Male leads:

- Seven Deadly Sins ( A group of strong warriors fighting against the empire and the Holy Knights, Fantasy and magic)
- Hunter x Hunter (A cool adventure around a fantasy world with two kids who become "hunters;" High classed fighters who train to become stronger, both for their unique goals)
- Blood Lad ( Vampire lord, young kid who likes human girls, funny but also good action fight scenes)
- Sword Art Online (I'm sure youve heard all about it if you havent seen it yet)
