you could also try no game no life (mc is not evil, but extreme good at thinking and making plans, the animei s ecchi thou. (he is winning with his cleverness against enemies who cheat, by using magic)

I will recommend Akira but its not really the main character that is op but rather the antagonist (that has god-like powers).
Its a great classic!

no but seriously Izayoi is the most overpowered character I've ever seen. Even people who expect him to be strong are shocked by how stupidly powerful he is.

And while he's not necessarily evil in any way, Izayoi really isn't a very good person. He helps people out, but only if it suits his goal, which is literally just to not be bored.

Oogami Rei from Code:Breaker - He can attack people without even touching them. He's so powerful it's not even funny.

Ousawa Akatsuki from Aesthetica of a Rouge Hero - Whilst most people only use one Arms Device(AD) in this anime, he equips multiple of them because one isn't enough to manifest his OP SWORD! Not to mention the fact he starts out OP and gets even stronger.

Hoozuki from Cool-Headed Hoozuki - Hoozuki is the highest ranked demon in hell. He serves as the first advisor to King Yama. He runs around hell dealing with issues with demons and putting out fires (haha get it?).
Why? Because he’s almost the top of the food chain there. Boom. Done. He’s the highest ranked demon? He has the most power too.

Masaki Kenshi from Tenchi Muyo! War on Geminar - He starts off with amazing swordsmanship and martial arts.

He’s so overpowered and he keeps raising the bar, it’s not funny!

Misaka Mikoto from A Certain Scientific Railgun - First there is the obvious, she can flip a coin and channel her electrical powers like a gun by flicking the coin when it comes down unleashing an insane amount of power.
She can hack in networks using her ability. She can scale walls by using her powers to adhere her body to the particles in the walls. The list goes on and on.

What I think truly makes her overpowered, as if her abilities weren’t enough, is that you don’t see it. She normally is an everyday average girl, but when her friends or people she knows are in danger, she changes.
Suddenly she’s got a short temper and ready to blast away anything in her way.

Sebastian from Black Butler - He's cool, clam, and collected demeanor help him conceal how dangerous he really is as an overpowered character. He is unmatched and almost ruthless when he does release his power. Not to mention, he’s pretty cool too!

And ummm, I'll just recommend No Game No Life as well because it has THE MOST INTENSE AND AWESOME CHESS GAME EVER!!!! And it's not any normal chess. Teehee! ;D

no game no life -> unbelievable MC. none of that "i need to do what is right" BS, this guy is just outright insane. and funny too.
code:breaker -> code 06 AKA oogami is pure power, though there are others who match him and beat him
legend of legendary heroes -> pretty op here
tenchi muyo war on geminar -> again an OP MC. although hes not that smart, and not that cool, and not that good with ladies...

ao no exorcist -> as expected from satans son
Hagure Yuusha no Aesthetica -> OP, arrogant, badass and cool. it actually makes up for the lack of evil.
kaze no stigma -> hes insane, and while hes not exactly "evil" i wouldnt call him a good guy
madan no ou to vanadis -> hes strong, but he isnt the strongest. hes smart, but probably isnt the smartest. and hes a goody two shoes. still a decent watch.
rurouni kenshin -> idk if this is the OP youre looking for though. he beats everyone, but hes definitely not evil.
seiken tsukai no world break -> this dude is pretty OP, hes quite good, certainly not evil but he does let himself go now and then.
attack on titan -> youll see when he gets OP. and then it gets fun
sacred seven -> hes a pretty standard OP MC. nothing special here. seriously, its just another op dude anime.
