Hello all! I'm Tam, and I upload anime guitar covers pretty occasionally onto YouTube.
Up until now, I've been arranging anime songs that only I've enjoyed listening to. As of late, though, I've been thinking about how good of an idea it is to create a thread for the purpose of knowing what other anime lovers might want to listen to in terms of anime acoustic guitar covers. This way, I can arrange and upload anime music that the majority will love!

Here are some of my videos for you guys to get a hint of what my style is like:

Once/if I receive enough requests, I'll post a poll up for people to vote on what I should arrange next. Feedback on my covers is also welcome. I'm not sure if this will work or not, but it won't hurt to give it a shot. Thanks for your time :)

When the union's inspiration through the workers' blood shall run
There can be no power greater anywhere beneath the sun
Yet what force on earth is weaker than the feeble strength of one
For the Union makes us strong

Hey man these are really good! How long did it take to get that good at guitar?

I'd love to suggest something but my brain kinda froze over, I know you said acoustic but if you ever try electric I'd love to hear a rendition of 'Lonely Nights' from Space Dandy or some Bebop stuff.
Anyway keep it up!
I've been here way too long...

You're doing great, man.
I like the amount of effort you put in the sound, your reverb sound really good.
Your covers are nice too.

As for the request, I'm surprised somebody already suggest Ikoku Meiro no Croisée. It has a very good OST, with a smooth and acoustic feeling in a lot of the tracks. Maybe you should have a listen on this.

Similarly, if you're familiar with both bossa nova idiom and jazz inspired chord charts, then I think some of Aria's tracks would be appropriate for some guitar covers :

I've been playing for around 9 years now :) I probably won't be touching electric, but I'll probably arrange some stuff from Cowboy Bebop with my acoustic-- it's one of my favorite shows.

These sound amazing!!! Definitely gonna go through the ARIA OSTs now. I'm definitely a bossa nova/jazz fan.
Also, thank you both for showing me Tooku Kimi e! It's so soothing. I'm going to start arranging it once my wrists recover (I have tendon pains on both of them).

@Skyleo-
Ikoku Meiro no Croisée does need more love especially with the OST. Damn, those requests you have are pretty sweet.

@Trilxs
Get well soon!

Glad you like these tracks, Aria OST contains some of my all-time favourite tunes from an anime, very heartwarming and soothing stuff indeed.
I'm also glad to see an other bossa nova fan here. =)
My favourite bossa nova track from Aria is this one :

(By the way, if you want to play it or just jam to this track, I've made a chord chart some years ago)

By the way, both Aria and Ikoku Meiro no Croisée have the same sound director (Junichi Sato), it must be one of the reason why these soundtracks sounds so similar.
Anyway, get well soon, I'm looking forward to your next arrangements.

Definetely, Ikoku Meiro was really relaxing, and the OST is just so appropriate. Always a pleasure to listen to it.
Oh, and I noticed your Yune avatar. :)

Comment for everyone: I'm so glad I created this thread! I've been listening to many of these songs non-stop for a while now! You all have amazing taste in music *_*

Thanks for the chords and thanks for showing me all of this wonderful music! My songs-to-arrange list is getting longer and longer by the minute! My wrists are still recovering, but I'll probably be able to start arranging again in a week or less (FINALLY). I'll be studying this song more to see how I will go about arranging it and doing it justice!

Her voice. I'm dying.

Yes! I LOVE this song-- and the rest of Key's anime OSTs...
I went on a Key OST rampage after listening, and stumbled upon this:

It's just as amazing, I believe.

Here are a couple of songs that I'm definitely going to be recording (not in order):
1. Kekkai Sensen ED (Bitter Step to Sugar Song)
2. Tooku Kimi e --for the rec, Flowing!
3. Saya's Song/REWRITE ed, or just a Key medley --- thanks for the rec StardustNyako

Ah, so many things to do once my wrists recover. Part of the motivation comes from this thread. Thanks again for sharing your music, all!

The Overlord ED isn't my cup of tea, but Ranpo Kidan "Laplace"'s ED is SO good! Thanks for the suggestions ^^

This reminds me so much of Senbonzakura! Oh god I love this kind of music. I'd love to hear you play it, actually. It looks a bit intimidating to me. I can't play at the moment because my wrists are injured, but I'll give it a try once I recover.
