Needs to be split in two entries, the color version is a complete remake (as opposed to Satsujinkyou Jidai's 2 versions where the international ver. is coloured + edited a bit). It is redrawn, with new sound effects, new music and the scenario abridged a bit.

If you change the entry data to reflect the original version (can leave same title, year should be 1960 or 1961 depending on source, description needs to be changed) I can make a new entry, but since I get stuff denied for adding preemptively you have to do it first.

Or if you want to copy paste, the second version is 1968 (so just call it Ni-hiki no Sanma (1968)) and image + description need to change.

Just because it has guns it doesn't make it shounen if the whole setup is shoujo.

What I'm saying is, it's not. It was only a remastered version of three episodes, combined to fit in a one-hour special episode slot, without new content. As I mentioned, there are plenty of remastered episodes, and this one isn't even the only time when three episodes were combined as a one-hour special (see http://www.detectiveconanworld.com/wiki/And_Then_There_Were_No_Mermaids#Remastered_version, http://www.detectiveconanworld.com/wiki/Reunion_with_the_Black_Organization#Remastered_version, and http://www.detectiveconanworld.com/wiki/Shinichi_Kudo%27s_New_York_Case#Remastered_version -- the latter two DO contain an entirely new scene, as you can read).

True, this one in particular was aired just before "Clash of Red and Black" (which was a big arc) to help the viewers remember about the main plot, but it still was nothing more than a remastered version of a previously aired episode (as opposed to http://myanimelist.net/anime/7303/Detective_Conan:_Black_History, which was a true recap, an edited version of multiple scenes from plot-relevant episodes with Conan narrating the main plot). If you count it as a "recap special", why not count the three other remastered one-hour specials I mentioned, or even all the remastered episodes ?

Couple notes before all this:
Some entries have Kids, some entries have Shounen (it's the same as the things above, I'm not sure if they can be together or not), I say you pick one and after applying the changes I requested go through all the Pokemon entries and apply either Kids or Shounen or as you see fit (since some entries could be considered more Kids than Shounen), I'll point out the ones that have both otherwise it doesn't really matter to me which one you pick for each entry.
