Do you believe in parallel worlds?

I do. Why, you ask?

Because according to my former self, we built one. An illusionary world, consisting of a single island with a villa. A world, just for us. One day, we made a few brain experiments, and this was the result. I couldn’t believe it myself, but it really happened.

Before the incident, we were just normal high school students. Two boys, three girls, teenagers who were still exploring what the world held for us. And just with that, we have become special.

This world was created by our minds. Whenever we entered the world, our souls were separated from our bodies, which were left behind in the real world as a sort of anchor that allowed our souls to return at will. It was the dear secret of the five of us, a dream world where we could escape reality.

A sudden epidemic began breaking out across the globe in the real world causing worldwide panic. Everyone of us got the illness too. After finding out, that our bodies would succumb to the disease and die (and with them our souls of course), we decided to transfer our bodies as well as our souls to the illusionary world, where they wouldn't change or age etc. since the illusionary world is not real. Wonders still happen, and this was one of them, at least for us. There was no way back to the real world without an anchor, but we were willing to take that sacrifice. The cost of doing do was severe though, as all our memories disappeared when the bodies were transferred to the illusionary world. Even without memories, we lived a wonderful and happy live there. Everything we needed to live mysteriously appeared, we had no worries and never had to fear illness or death. We never questioned the illusionary world, since it was the only thing we ever remembered. Our memories from the real world were not gone though, not completely. The lost memories would sometimes appear in the form of books, although we had no way of knowing they were the memories we once held.

As more and more books appeared, we began to question the illusionary world, and began searching for the world mentioned in the books. One day we had the realization that the world mentioned in the books might be the real world. It seemed absurd, but our curiosity was bigger than anything else. We wanted to know who we really were, what we were doing and what happened to us, our families and the future of the mysterious world called the “real world”. It was something that was unreal for us. There seemed to be no way of returning to that world, until a book was found that mentioned an anchor that provided another way out of the illusionary world. This final anchor lies somewhere in the villa, and by solving the mysteries of the villa, we may finally find a way back.

Loneliness of Innocence

Gin’s life has been an utter mess full of worries and anguish. He’s been fired, blackballed from his profession and now all he got left is to savor the kindness of strangers on the streets. As Gin’s life starts to sail, he meets an old friend who brings calamity of his daughter’s critical illness, which needs medical fees of one thousand two hundred gold pieces in 11h before it’s too late for her life’s span.

Gin visit’s his daughter at the hospital, where he sees her in a coma then falls in desperation as his mind breaks full of distressed wishes, yet he vows to rescue her. He begins running to any acquaintances, old business partners and government agencies he can quickly find. He starts shouting for help on the streets but shrieks in vain as the waves of society pass by in ignorance. They misunderstand him as variety of types of people which include conman, jinx, and a parole man in an unending stream of demeaning language.

He head’s!!! way to buildings of old acquaintances where he is powerfully turned down in peculiar ways towards his heritage, way of dress and beliefs. Even old business partners were tyrannical against him as lower bug of a homeless man that is only worth a single small piece of silver. In precognition of that government agencies were only exercising excessive power in xenophobic and arbitrary ways, towards his looks and way of speech.

Gin stalls in an unending circle full of regret’s and anguish towards society and their demeaning ways of life and rules. His hatred has hit sky-high, no more was he a sane man but a loving father who has decided to throw himself into the depth of hell for 1 more single time of hearing the word dad.

Gin confronts a rich shogun in a bank and decides that the victim is non-eels?? The greed of society. He then Mugs him of a bag containing around two thousand gold pieces of the three hundred thousand gold pieces he had and took a run for it straight to the hospital.

Arriving at the hospital entrance just in the nick of time to pay the funds, too find a cordon of police awaiting his presence. Shocked by the fact that over 50 police man were there to arrest him for a mere two thousand gold pieces and the fact of knowing where he was heading in a mere 15 minutes, he begins to feel lost and frustrated. Asking him-self unending questions, when the shogun confronts Gin from the cordon saying: did you really think a man of my power could not have known what you were up to from the day you started distressing?

Gin angered runs to a nurse holding her hostage and demanding the money to be delivered to his daughter for medical care, when the unexpected truth appears that she has died during the confrontation with the cordon of police. Gin having no purpose in life anymore, losing all motivation to move forward, he shatters his world by swallowing his bitten tongue falling to his unexpected death in the hands of the law.

Ahahaha, I can't write for eggs.
Can't say I've made an attempt at anything of the such within the last 8 years or so.
A little more than the 500 mark and well.... Eff yo paragraphs and sentence structuring ^^

A cheer for a chair.

Ruma-chan, blessed with magnificent beauty and a voice, no less radiant than that of the god themselves.
Upon entering high-school, nervous as she may be, during no other but the first drama class of the year. She decided for her own good to delve deeper into trust, a concept no more familiar than the father she never once had the privilege of knowing, given that he had left the second he had discovered she were to enter this world. Having accepted to traverse a maze, hand-crafted by her fellow students whilst blind-folded, given only the words spoken by her peers. Feeling on top of the world ( though standing on a simple cardboard box ), hearing nothing but an over-bearing cheer, with no sense of direction, misplacing one foot only to retract it thus losing balance. The box caves in and following this, her legs.... no longer would Ruma-chan walk, frolic, nor swim in the friendly spider infested sea of 'STRAAYYAAA~

Feeling nothing but pity in the following months from peers, friends or otherwise, her world had come crashing down with no saving grace in sigh, she had decided to give up on ever walking again, disregarding the kind words passed on to her by Steve Irwin. Though loyal throughout the initial years from, birth leading up to this very day, Ruma-chan simply couldn't fathom any words of kindness, not when slapped in the face by the harsh truth, even standing, this alone would be nothing short of a miracle.
Until one afternoon, in the one place least expected to give any form of hope....... there it was, a blindingly marvellous figure, in nothing less than a wheelchair. Assisted by personal aids, second to none, seemingly helpless until suddenly.... released from their grasp, she let loose a glide, nothing short of the grace only seen in fairy tales.
Getting up thanks to their crutches giving the illusion of an evolution easily surpassing what natural beauty and simple cosmetics could bare.

Ruma-chan, having found a new born calling.... "this was it" she thought to her self "this is the pinnacle of life, I will surpass that which I could'ave achieved before I was blessed with this so called tragedy"
Singing alone during any spare time one she could find during school hours and perfecting the mechanical waltz of life alone in her room at night. Sparing time only for dinner, this vicious cycle continued for what seemed to be an eternity.
The one name resonating in their mind, come the roar of traffic on-route to school, the distant cheering from outside the music room or simply within the silence over the few hours reserved for sleep "Gaga~" and the chant believed to be for none other than her self "Ruu-mah-ah-ah-ah~, Ru-mah Ru-mah-mah~". Certain that this was no mere coincidence, with nothing but the dis-mount and transferral between wheel-chair and crutches Ruma-chan heads not only into the distant future that awaits, but what is to be her final year of high-school.

With familiar faces fewer than the fingers on her hands, what awaited her, the last thing she had ever expected given her once ungraceful state. Surrounded by girls who feel inspired by her presence alone and boys who can't help but be captivated by the seamless moves strung together accompanying a voice now reborn of the ashes of past years, having never been quite this angelic.
Invited to join that of the elite and accepting giving it not a second thought, Ruma-chan now finds herself a lone woman, surrounded 4 men pristine in charm, looks and talent.
Will she follow her one true calling, hand-in-hand with a love yet to be found, will she perfect that which she strives for or will Ruma-chan find herself "Caught in a bad romance"

Between Loss And Survival

When people ask us what we fear the most, our answers are always variations of "bugs", "death", "heights". Those are obviously universally accepted fears and almost everyone can identify themselves with these. However, we tend to forget that we can try to avoid bugs and heights and that death comes and it's over for most; we tend to forget that there's something much more dangerous living next to us and inside of us. A mind, a brain, is much more threatening than a simple bug, a tall building or a disease and the body it controls will do everything that it's told to do… even kill people in the cruellest ways.

Charlize O'Bannon and Valery Collins are just two normal teenage girls with a father and a mother, respectively, connected to the police. When Flora Garside (Valery's mother) is tortured and killed in their own apartment, Eugene O'Bannon's team is sent to investigate her death, allowing the two girls to meet. Despite seeming to be a good woman who did her job with passion, the police discovers that Flora was actually involved with an illegal organization which dealt with all kinds of dirty services: human traffic, gambling, mass murder,… Everything is coordinated by an extremely intelligent and manipulator businessman, Phillip Shuck, who is practically untouchable. This is where the new path of the two girls and Eugene’s team starts, doing everything that’s capable to set up and arrest the evil Mastermind.

There’s more to fear about the human brain and the human mind than just the cruelty that some are born with. Nothing ever stays the same and the circumstances one lives surrounded by always affect one’s view of the world and one’s attitudes towards the most varied situations. We might be a sane human being for most of our lives, but if we’re exposed to an abusive environment and many traumas of different varieties, we can lose our grip in reality and become completely different people. Can we control who we are? Can we control every little detail of our lives? Are we truly free? Even if we don’t lose certain portraits from our personality, we’re bond to change and there’s no guarantee that we won’t become the monsters that we were once afraid of and that we once chased.

But nothing is ever as easy and simple as it seems. Manipulation and the simple events of life lead to the end of this team and to a future that no one could have ever imagined. A strong feeling still connects Charlize and Valery, but the way they think and act towards Phillip Shuck’s organization is completely different. Control is lost, a double game is played, the number of illegalities rises and they’re even crueller and better thought than before. This is the story of how horrible people can be, how they can change, how the brain and mind are something to fear and how no one can be guaranteed that they won’t ever become a little bit… crazy.
