Considering this was a fictional piece, meaning it doesn't exist anyone's music portfolio, you probably won't find it. Maybe after the soundtrack is out someone might transcribe the piece.

Crescent Moon Dance score is a so called "Store Exclusive Bonus"
If you buy BD from serveral specfic stores you can get the score
e.g.
・玉光堂
・JEUGIA
・十字屋CROSS
・新星堂
・山野楽器
・ヤマハミュージックリテイリング

Only 玉光堂 got a online store on rakuten, but they no longer provide the score.
