Are the jp band or artist nano and nano.Ripe the same?

I ask because i have all the nano albums (N, nanoir, Rock on) but im confused if these are the same groups or same singer under different names. the lead singers look alike but the voices seem to be different.

nano is just one person who is an utaite where as nano.RIPE is a 4 person band.

Yeah she has original works like nevereverland etc. too but no their voices sound pretty different so I wouldn't think so.
