His face is halved to white hair and black hair. The right skin is blu and the left one normal.red eyes and black eyes. hair style is spiky

I saw a pic of him in a keychain with the rest of the akatsuki. He's like zeref but the other side of the face is normal and the other is like a white haired blue skinned red eyed devil

There is no such character. I was a huge Naruto fan when I was a kid and have kept up with the series for many years, so I assure you, not even in any fillers, does such a member exist.

I never really cared about him until my friend asked me to name off all the akatsuki members I was able to name all of them except for this one guy. Can't be from a different show he has a headband and the akatsuki symbol plus he was there with the other akatsuki members in the keychain. The keychain also clearly says Naruto shippuden
