Your indeed right. 10 hasn't been seen or introduced yet....I suppose it could be Yuuki but since we haven't seen his number yet we cant be sure. Yuuki doesn't seem to be the type of person though. He was all concerned when 1 forced him to hit panties with the car (ie. "Doesn't this make me a murderer now?"). However there's always the possibility that 1 is tricking the kid into doing things. After all 1 tells Yuuki to call Juiz to get rid of the car...that's gonna cast Yuuki money. PS. 1 was introduced in episode 5 and you can clearly see his phone's number and his face just in case anyone wants to see. |

| Yes Pantsu's death was very sad indeed, but about halfway through the episode, I knew that he would either A. get killed by Number 1 and Number 10 or B. survive but have all the data that he acquired get deleted somehow to try to trump him and Akira. Too bad it had to be the former. Pantsu simply knew too much and he could have easily been killed through Juiz. Yes, I do think that Number 1 is using Number 10 to do what he wants, since Number 10 felt guilty about killing Pantsu and even questioning himself whether or not he was a murderer now. This is gearing up to be a great finish. Hope that Akira can pwn Number 1 with a swift and relentless death. |

| Poor pantsu, I wonder what he transferred at end of the episode. Nevertheless this episode revealed a lot of gaps. But when there are only 2 episodes left ( and a movie),I wonder how this will end ! |

| I think No.1 and No.10 are teaming up together to find out who's the supporter and kill him. Right now, No.1 thinks that Akira is the supporter. As he said in the episode, he sees Akira's actions relatively passive as compared to the other Selecaos, thus arising suspicion that he is indeed the supporter. I think No.10 will probably meet his demise in the last episode (judging from the OP spoilers), and the story will pick on from there. |
| What the ... killed off the guy in 1 episode, seems they are moving pretty fast with this episode. But I do wonder how the movie will effectively conclude this series once again. |

It finally revealed some of the mysteries and really added some spice to series. Only doubt i have is how they manage to end it within 2 episodes. |

A lot of studios should learn from Prod IG, and a lot of creators from Kamiyama, not only from a purely technical and direction side, but also from a narrative and scenaristic point of view. This episode was just breathtaking, the introduction of the two new characters (although X has been here for quite some time now, but more on the background) was brilliant, and the existing characters' relationship is developping right, not counting the great (and not over-dramatic) suspense distilled throughout the series. Oh and of course, the themes are as visionnary as relevant to modern-day preoccupations and perfectly executed. (depending on how long the movie will be and my guess it will be an hour and a half or more longer). Totally agree with you there (even though a movie represents a little less than 5 episodes, but let's say 4 at least), but you know, a lot of people don't trust Kamiyama and think he's some sort of rookie or forget what he's done before. He made one (or two depending on how you count it) of the best series of the last ten years (GITS:SAC and 2nd gig), can't you show him any respect and believe he will wrap Higashi no Eden in due time, entirely and perfectly (just like the first 9 episodes were till now) in the movie? And let's not forget 'Serei no Moribito', another animated achievement for the quality of the characters, the sophisticated storyline and a few of the best animated action sequences in a tv series! Not everybody might agree with me, but everybody's got to admit that the fight scene in the first episodes is one of the dopest. :P |

| Am I the only one who is thinking Death Note? After this ep, I think its starting to head this way even more. (Concerning Akira's memory loss anyways.) (Warning: Spoilers for Death Note ahead) ....something like that, but there's my 2 cents on why Akira lost his memory. |

Except the cell phone logs show him as saving the NEETs and the people in the city. There's also the reformed NEET that confronted him in the street 4 or 5 episodes back. I don't doubt that his past self planned this all out but I have doubts that he was really a bad guy. If he really was bad then he would have been targeted by other members ASAP.... so why erase your memory and risk being killed faster? Doesn't seem like a logical thing to do. |

I thought he would be some uptight computer jerk but he was actually pretty cool... to bad he had to die in the short shorts and after stepping out side for the first time in two years.... funny how what they meant by he lost his pair of slacks was really the fact that he lost his pants Ougsi or whatever his name is, is really getting on my nerves, for one he needs to learn to take a hint that some people may not be interested in you the same way you are interested in them and two digging deeper in something he shouldn't mess with is going to get him hurt or even killed |

| When the fatty got hit by the car it was fucking hilarious, the way he rolled through the air. It was supposed to be shocking I guess but somehow I found it really funny. |

| From the time the green car arrived at pantsu's home, I started mentally going through the various ways that the cute fat dude is gonna get killed.. Are the selecao gonna break his door down? Or command juiz to do something nasty? Then right up to the moment pantsu flipped over the front of the car I was hoping that he would sense the car coming and miraculously dodge it, but no.. then when he landed in the water instead of smashing into the pavement, I thought 'yes! he's not dead!' But dammit.. |

| I didn’t expect that Pantsu died so early, and that was so extremely cruel to do when Selecaos tried to ram him by using a car. I have a feeling that Selecaos are dangerous. |
| What cruel irony that Pantsu finally left his room... and something like that happened. But it's awesome that more stuff was figured out and it's good to know that Akira wasn't responsible for the missiles on Careless Monday but rather the fact that no one died. :D Well if it's not all wrapped up nicely in two episodes then I'm looking forward to the movie at the end of the series~ |
| That is why Hikikomori's don't go outside, they can die easily. And we get to see a couple of the Saviors and learn about them a little bit. |
