im confuse , what should i start first stay/night , zero or 4wei??

The release and intended order is Fate/stay night -> Fate/Zero (FZ), but that only completely works right now, if you play FSN, the Visual Novel. FSN is a Visual Novel with three different routes/stories called Fate, Unlimited Blade Works and Heaven's Feel. The order is Fate -> UBW -> HF. Then FZ.

Studio DEEN's anime from 2006 covers the first route, Fate, after a fashion (though others will tell you it's an atrocity, not canon and blablabla). The anime that will start in two weeks covers the second route, Unlimited Blade Works, and the movie that will come out (no release date given) will cover the last route, Heaven's Feel.

Fate/Zero is FSN's prequel, but it still is recommended (and intended) to watch it after FSN. FZ's first episode alone gives major plot points and twists from FSN away (more than the other way), as the author originally wrote it for those who already experienced FSN. You can watch FZ first of course. It's not gonna ruin FSN for you and it's gonna take a while until the 2014 anime and the movie(s) are finished, so if you don't want to read the Visual Novel and can't wait that long, you might just as well start with FZ. I just don't recommend it. Might just as well start with the 2006 anime and then watch the new anime in two weeks.

F/HA is set one year after FSN but NOT in any of covered timelines(there's a reason for that)

All big events(except Extra) happen at the same time as fifth war would, so Apocrypha's events also happen in 2000 just like FKLP and etc
