| actually I never see any one eye closed talking unless the eye that closed can't be opened(injured or smth) the one that I saw was two eyes closed while talking, and I think because it's japanese and chinese nature appearance to have a "near closed eye"(don't know what the term used for these thing) not like a lot of people who has a wide open eye appearance. do you mean one eye closed is a wink or what? |

The one eye closed, depending on context, typically means the character feels it is imparting wisdom to someone (if serious) or trying to be coy/ cute (if suggestive/ joking) or resentfully listening (if in an argument) (the latter usually also combined with crossed arms) |
