| rasengan hands down. when they first faced off (naruto vs. sasuke on top of the hospital), the rasengan at first didn't seem to cause too much damage, but on a second, it caused a huge amount damage. now if you were talking about pierceing something, then maybe chidori, but rasengan is defintiely more powerful |

You can deal bigger amount of damage, with Rasengan, and it does not need any Kekkei Genkai or Hand Signs........ And Oodama Rasengan, is probably one of the strongest Jutsues!!! And......... It's unfair to pair Rasengan VS Chidori! Rasengan is only chakra manipulation, and Chidori is Chakra+ Nature Manipulation........ It would be fair to pair Rasenshuriken VS Chidori! And we know which one would lose xD |
