| This could be such a great hentai, if only would it not have literally so much shit in it. But, as I already have said before, I'm sure this is one of the reasons many like this show. What might disturb me, might please others. |

I think there were two turning points for Ren in this episode - first when doctor mentioned her ex-boyfriend and she remembered what he initially did to her and second is that quick sequence when she is shown vomiting, implying she got pregnant (she also puts doctor's hand over her stomach at the end). Experiencing both of these, she realized the situation she was in and turned on the doctor. Now, I wonder what the rest 5 episodes will be about now that the protagonist is supposed to have been killed. My bet is on alternative routes, like in a VN. |
