If you have another manly anime, manga, or character that we forgot to add please let us know about it and give us a reason why they are manly. Then we'll all check it out and vote for it as a club. If over 50% vote to add it then it will be added. Thank you.

You should add the manga MPD Psycho. Why? Besides the brain smashing story, you have the bloody images, with a beautiful artwork.
Every time you make a typo, somebody in Zeta gets slapped.

Alright, quick two things:

One: Is tweedlepie even in the club?

And Two: Crani, I like MPD Psycho as I do any other mind-bending, gory thing from Japan but I'm not one hundred percent sure that it should be put in the club manga relations list, however I am not the only person in this club so therefore, I shalll make a poll and have the club decide.

Casshern Sins. Remake of a series from the 70's about a loner badass who fights robots. I've only seen the raw of the first ep but can tell this is going to be awesome.

Shin Getter Robo. Testosterone-fueled manly men screaming their ass off in huge mechs. Full of nostalgia from old school mecha anime. If Gurren Lagann is in then this series has to be in as well. And this doesn't include a whiny young boy and a cute love interest a la TTGL.

GaoGaiGar. Another awesome mecha anime full of old school mecha anime cliches.

You've already got Ryoma and Benkei on there but I think Musashi deserves a spot too, maybe moreso than both of them.

- Along with Benkei he's the only Getter pilot with any 'goodness' to him, he was definitely crazy but not a psychopath or selfish, he put his friends and humanity before himself.
- Taking into account all the OVAs, TV series, manga and video games he's sacrificed himself in a badass and heroic fashion at least 8 times. That's an achievement.
- Hot-blooded enough to pilot a robot that takes the willpower of three people to power it up by himself.
- One handed shotgun wielding. He manages to pilot Getter-3 with his arm still in the sling too.

Man, I just watched the first episode of FREEDOM, and I have to nominate it. You guys have Akira on the list, and to me this is equal to it in epic awesomeness...

Oh, I didn't mean in the story department. Just in the production values. Now if they remade Akira with those visuals, that'd be a thing of beauty!

I personally didn't want to put Akira in the relations list but Sorrow wouldn't get off my back until I did. Personally, I hate that manga/anime and everything that has to do with it in any way shape or form. I wanted so badly to love it and it just let me down, that is why I haven't bothered to do anything else with anything by the same author/director.

Big O....hmmmm I think I dropped that. The only reason I like it because Steve Blum voiced Roger Smith. If a couple more people agree then I'll add it.

The series is filled with manliness, and tha main character is fuken NOT AFRAID OF ANYTHING. He even show up before his enemies, cameras and doesn't change his name when he rent hotel room.

edit. now I see it's added, don't mind me then.

s-CRY-ed

Kazuma punches a guy into another dimension and the entire last episode is just him fighting his rival after destroying an army because they can.

Plus Big Magnum and the Eternity 8 Treasure Balls

I have to agree about Akagi. He kicked *ss even before the time skip. He was what, 13? I almost couldn't believe it. He is really awesome. That match against the old guy was amazing.

I think anime and manga Monster should be added as well. Along with characters Tenma Kenzo and Lunge/Runge. I really don't want to go into spoiler-ish details as to why I think those two are real men. I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks that way >.>

Also, Heat Guy J. it's not very popular for some reason. J was like the essence of a real man. His speeches are so epic ;O

and *gasp* you even have a picture of him in the club album, but he is not on the list of relations? November 11 and Darker than Black!

--edt--

David from Blood+. He is a great leader that I would totally follow anywhere. He just has that.. real man aura >.> and the scene where he was beating sense into Kai was quite something D:

Not to be critical but Tenma nor David are badass enough for this club, well not in my eyes. Now I say that because I dropped Monster after about 27 episodes. It's popular and epic....I know....not my cup of tea.

Retro from Dead Leaves, he went on a killing spree in the first five minutes of the movie, knocked up his girlfriend while inside a straight jacket, his DNA created child born wielding guns akimbo, and he has a TV for a head.

I have a few different nominations... probably a few more than I should put into a single post, but oh well. All four are large and quite manly.

First, Jet Black from Cowboy Bebop. He's manly in the classic type of way. He's strong, skilled, a hard worker, and serves as a father figure on the Bebop. He also man enough to forfeit his own personal happiness for the sake of another and to be honorable even in the face of betrayal. A true man.

Next are two super-manly figures from Fullmetal Alchemist: Sig Curtis and Alex Louis Armstrong.
If you have any doubts, just watch this clip:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w8HeKEPpbXU

Lastly, Dutch from Black Lagoon. His strength aside, the guy's a complete badass. Sure, he lets Revy do most of the fighting, but he's a very capable gunman himself. He also has nerves of steel and performs a lot of the dangerous in-person "business talks." Plus, he's got a great beard.

What about Ladd Russo from Baccano? I know he's on the "badass" category, and i'm not sure if a sinister and hot-blooded psycho killer who dresses in white fits on this club, lol. But the guy is manly, without any doubt.

Edit: And as a post above suggested, November 11 could be another character to add.

I just noticed that Freddie from Cromartie High School isn't on the list. This is a grave injustice, he is the god damn Freddie Mercury (with Raoh's horse apparently...) in anime form.

Actually, I think the manga/show itself would make a good addition to the list. The female character count is ridiculously low (there's a female gorilla, and Maeda's mother who looks exactly like him), the art style is based on/a parody of Sanctuary, everyone puts emphasis on being total badasses. And it has Freddie Mercury.

If you're gonna say Ladd, you can't over look Claire Stanfield, or Graham Spector.

The trio make me wonder how the Baccano! universe manages to avoid collapsing due to critical overload of awesome.

i loved Cromartie anime. haven't read the manga, so i can't compare. but damn, just that crazy Ningen Nante song is worth it for me XD and the voice acting was epic, especially the main character over dramatizing everything like GASP i dropped a pencil *despair* XDDD it was hilarious.

Rail Tracer = epic win, he is so awesome XD

how about the manga Dogs and Dogs: Bullets and Carnage??
and the characters from there: Haine and Badou.

also Baccano! since you kinda added the characters from there, might as well add the anime XD

and how about Hisoka from Hunter x Hunter?

another suggestion - Samurai 7, along with characters Kyuzo and Kikuchiyo. (i guess Kanbei too, but i found him ultra annoying lol)

Amidamaru from Shaman King maybe?

Matsushiro Ken from Yakitate Japan :D

Zaraki Kenpachi from Bleach!
