Quick question about 2 year time skip? (NO SPOILERS PLZ)

I'm only on episode 150 ik ik I got a long way to go but I was looking at random one piece videos and I saw the crew playing soccer and baseball then I saw luffy locked up naked in a cage with a bunch of girls looking at him then I saw Usopp look wayyyy different than he does now then I saw this huge guy so I got curious then I learned about the 2 years time skip so I stopped lookng at vid's cuz I know I'm gonna see major spoilers so I'm asking here hoping not to be spoiled.

Sooo what I need to know is does luffy get stuck with a bunch of girls on a random island for two years or something? I saw this video with some big bewbie girl who likes luffy but his crew was never with him so I really don't know what's gong on. This probably sounds like a very dumb question but I'm so confused and I want to know what happened. And that's the only time skip in the story right?

Well first of all the soccer and baseball was from just a regular special.

He does not spend 2 years on an island filled with girls. Just watch it and don't watch any videos about it. And there's only one timeskip

Since you're 400+ eps behind, which contain the most significant arcs I suggest you stay clear of fanart, forums and videos in general. Don't go on OnePiece Wikia either spoilers are everywhere and uncensored.
There is a certain piece of information -about a certain imprisoned character- that you don't want to find out before it happens. It may ruin two whole arcs. Most people I know who started OP late got spoilt on this, including myself. It only took a couple of words... T_T
