| Been waiting since September 2008 when OVA 4 was released for the dub lol This is probably the most dedicated I've been for a dub and i think its gonna pay off. Now that the dust has settled from Geneon's USA's dissolution it shouldn't be too long for 9 to come out after 5-8 are released. Let the good times roll. |

| How long is it going to take for 9 and 10 (when it's released) to be dubbed? I heard that funi has yet to get the rights, so I'm guessing a year or two? I know nothing about the dubbing process... I really can't stand Alucard's Japanese voice, I need the dub lol |

| *sigh* I don't know could this be because I've watched those episodes in Japanese first, but, does it seem only to me that the dub got a lot worse in the episodes V-VIII? I dunno, to me it feels like everyone collectively just stopped giving a shit. The new chars sound dumb, the old chars sound monotone and expressionless in half the scenes- Anderson especially, while Alucard fails at handling the more serious tone of the episode VIII end. And what the hell is up with Yumie's accent? She's supposed to be Japanese... It's like they did just 1 take and said "meh this will do". And this really annoys me, cause the Hellsing dub was possibly the only dub I liked ever, and now it's... bleh. :/ |

| I finally found a sub of episode 10 and will be glad to finally cross this off my last as watched. I am sorry, as much as this is supposed to be great waiting so many years for completion is ridiculous. World War 1 was probably shorter! While I did have huge hopes for it as far as I am concerned it has been somewhat of a let down. Not because of art or story, but because it has taken so long to reach any sort of conclusion. |
