My Devianart Oh & Space Brothers is still the best anime ever,in my opinion.Even when competing with Attack on Titan. |

Mashima needs to get his power levels straight. 4/5 A dragonslayer(who are said to be fueled by their emotions) full of rage catching a person whom Natsu has pummeled almost to death, offguard screws up power levels how? Kanic said: @Fai I still consider Lecter to be warped by Minerva. It would allow her to be on good terms with Sting and it seems to me that she has ulterior motives concerning him and his powers. Genma-dead, Lecter-not dead, these are my bets Oh I do agree that Minerva seems to have ulterior motives and that there's a possibility she did that. She does have a fitting power for that anyway. Its just that her saving Lector seems a bit counter-productive to me. - She would want Sting to rage more and to have reason to stay in guild and possibly go after Natsu - can't do that if Lector's alive. At the same time Lector's death would also motivate Rogue to be strong as to not lose his cat. And I doubt she is the kind of person who would save someone out of mercy. With everything it does seem that Lector's more useful to her dead than alive. Of course who knows... In anyway, she is either the true leader with Genma s a front or she is "Laxus" of Sabertooth - except that unlike with Laxus, she does not seem to care how the current leader dies. |

I mean, with Lecter presumably dead I can clearly see Sting packing up and kissing ST goodbye. |

Did Sabertooth's master seriously just blow up a cat? Wow....I'll admit that Tower Of Heaven is still my favorite Fairy Tail story arc, but I'm not going to lie when I say this arc is probably one of the darkest in Fairy Tail. |

Nooo,Lecter/Lector vanished just like that! I wonder what Sting's going to do now.And why's Minerva happy like she plotted all of it?I don't think Sting and Rogue will want to stay at ST now.Unless Minerva did teleport him and then she'll bring him back now to gain Sting's trust or something.I mean, why would she want to kick Sting out,if she's planning to take over? Or maybe her true intentions have something to do with the Eclipse Plan too. That would tie Sabertooth with what's about to happen. |

This world is mine. I think this world may even just be a long, long dream I'm watching. You guys may just be illusions, and it can't be proven whether or not you really exist either. In other words, this world was created with me at the center. So what will happen if I die? I don't know. My imagination isn't very creative; I just can't imagine myself dying. In other words, there is no way this world can completely disappear. But if I die, then everyone will disappear. I am the only one in this world who won't disappear. How can someone who is a master who is able to blow things up, create invisible air pressure and have the title of master (where I am assuming is high level character) get one shotted by Sting? Don't tell me that he got suprised because we seen many times characters react with cat like reflexes. Been digging Fairy Tail for quite some time but I smell troll on Mashima UNLESS Genma was a weakling in disguise with big muscles and someone else is pulling the strings. Other than that 4.5/5 on the chapter. |

Okay, just asking, because I think I missed something. Why is everyone saying Gemma lost? He just got hit by a very powerful attack by Sting, I don't think it was established that he's down for the count, atleast not yet. I could be wrong, but from what I've seen, there could be a chance Gemma will continue fighting with Sting. Yes, the dude has a hole in his chest, but we don't how strong Gemma really is, for all we know, he could have more stamina than Makarov and actually fight with such a wound. (Just in case people question me why I brought in Makarov to the subject, it's because Makarov was still alive with a hole through his chest from Purehito, barely, but still alive. Although, with all this said, any corrections are welcome if I missed something.) |

First of all, Lector dead? D= Hiro better not pull up some Lisanna shit, that panel surely shows that he was eradicated. As for Sabertooth's Master? I dont think his gonna die.. if he did, then being called the "strongest" was a fucken joke.. even Kagura or Jura seem far stronger than him.. |

Other than that 4.5/5 on the chapter. Being master doesn't mean crap if you want to judge power levels. Unlike a Wizard Saint, you don't need power or skills. You just need to lead and know some politics and follow councils rules. If it were power, Laxus, Erza, Natsu, Mira, Gildartz. could form their own guilds if they wanted too, like the Oracion Seis did. Let me point out some weak masters. But on the small chance that he is lives, the others will kick him out and erase his mark, because the weak has to go. The games won't be stopped either. Fate is still moving forward. In Levy's narration she mentions how fierce the battle on that day was. The only ones who has bad intentions there(grudges against FT) are Sabertooth and Mermaid Heel. The rest of them are allies of FT. |

Hello! 4th Master Macao Bonaboast (or whatever the turds name was) of Twilight Ogre. Presumably the master must be the strongest member(within the guild) but not in comparison to other guilds(since masters are not allowed to enter daimato) but this is not a DEFINITE rule. Here is an astounding example that I'm honestly surprised people dont remember(concerning master's power levels). JURA. Do we have any indication that the hag who spins people arround(lamia scale's master) is in fact one of the 10SW? Not so far. Therefore for us Jura stands above her in terms of power. So sting slaying him when his adrenaline is over the charts isn't impossible though it IS a surprise. And yes people DO get caught off-guard and end up hurt even in manga, don't be so used to scenes where energy blast are flying about and the target isn't even scratched without even guarding themselves. |

^That really is a good point about Lamias master. Never thought about that one myself. Since you said, its not a definite rule, there's really no need to post more. But I just want to post 2 another examples of not needing to be the strongest wizard. That I can think of. When Makarov wanted to appoint a new Guild Master for Fairy Tail. He considered Laxus, Erza and Mystogun. Laxus is way stronger than them, yet, he still had others in mind. During the 7 blank years. Makao was the leader, but there were still (presumably) wizards above him. Wakabe beat him in the Fatasia-arc Max was on holding his own against Pre-Second Origin Natsu. |

Which is kind of hard to do with Lector alive. With Lector being dead she can cause Sting to put everything in fulfilling his promise to Lector of defeating Natsu, as well as to make Sting blame Natsu in a way for what happened. This chapter does seem to be all about setting up motivations for the final competition. And we have at least two if not three match-ups fueled by hate, revenge, etc. |

Natsu Hades-Level? No way. Hades beat Makarov in a fair fight thereofre he is SW level. Natsu beat him cuz of the Tree-revival by Ultear and the destruction of the Hades-heart by the Neko-Squad. The heart was a great asspul indeed(we need to face some facts) but since it happened we need to consider it as a fact in our power-scaling discussions(not to mention the fact that the Hades battle was 5vs1->then Laxusvs Hades, and then even though we saw for the 1st time Lighting/Fire Natsu and it was almost on par with Hades he STILL managed to get back up). Natsu Hades-level is too much. An unofficial S-class mage, that he is but SW-level? Nyahh. This is not an RPG game where the one who lands the final hit gets all the experience and loot. Everyone on the scene played a part which is why I find laughable how people can say Natsu is overpowered when most of the time the big bads are ground down in a series of set up fights before Natsu gets to them and even after that he most of the time has someone backing him up. |

I had assumed you were feeling sorry for Stink(This spelling was intended) But I did feel sorry for Sting. Mostly because my cat died recently. |

Well,I feel sorry for Sting too,but this will probably make him grow up.Until now,he only tried getting strong by not caring about the people of his guild(Yukino) and laughing at other people like he was better than them. His only true friend who really cared about him is dead now and he wasn't even able to fulfill his promise to him.Now that he was totally beaten by a Natsu who didn't even try that much and lost his best friend, that'll definitely have a great impact on his character. Of course Lecter/Lector could not be dead for sure, but I do think he is. |

Thank you, Sting. Keep it up, you're on the right track. (Just realized after reading comments here that the girl was one-handed... interesting.) |

Wow, Lector is dead ... was not a fan of him but seeing him being vaporized was the least surprising! Sting's reaction did not surprise me actually ... for a time he acted as Natsu would. However, I believe that Minerva has saved the Master at the last moment. If you survive, Sting will become the newest antagonist of the story, because I believe that will revenge after blaming the death of Natsu Lector ... Beyond that is the expectation of possibly "hear" the spirits of the dragons that lie beneath the arena tournament. Not to mention the hooded figure that undoubtedly has strong links with the Fairy Tail. Everything now boils down to how the Dragon King and Zeref will be connected to Lucy and the fate of the world! |

This chapter didn't solve any questions left by the previous ones. I liked the interaction within Sabertooth and the master got k.o.'ed? :O Ultear and Meredy seem to know the identity now and they KNOW the person (I suppose that's why they were so surprised). Next chapter: King of the Dragons? I wonder what that means... Anyway, a great chapter. |

Sting, you've finally grown balls!!!!!!! Congrats. I respect you now. For the first time I liked Lector. RIP. Also Gemma, Pls stay dead and don't you dare come back. So, Jellal knows about Ryuusai and Eclipse. Interesting. Let us see what he would be trying to do to save the world. And we don't get to see the face of the unknown girl. But more hints of her being left-handed and not an enemy. From the hints, I presume that she is from future. Anyways, good chapter. Looking forward for the next. |
