From the look of it it looks better in so many ways, the characters especially (they look more mature than Kirito and Asuna), and it's gonna be by Madhouse. My first impressions are way different and I'm looking forward for this one, so let's wait and see how it's gonna be. Hopefully they don't try and pull some anime only ending, but I have faith that madhouse would not do that. |

The only real similarity is the fact that there is a video game involved, however even then it's fairly small, considering SAO takes place within the video game, while Btooom uses it more as a tool to explain how the survival game works and then pretty much ditches it, apart from a reference back to it when certain characters are introduced. |
