You can do this by dropping an invite card onto their page, or by using the club page function (if you need directions on how to do it just let me know). We have to send out a LOT of invites to get members to join versus other clubs like the Miku Fanclub where people automatically know what it is. Sooo... we want you inviting people whenever you get the chance. Right now we don't have a set goal. So just invite people when you get bored. Your job here is listed under job descriptions in the first post of this thread if you ever need a reminder of what you should be doing. I will post some cards below, and then contact the other creator Kittilicious or some more. Good luck and if you ever have any questions don't hesitate to ask! xD About your staff badge... You can now request a custom badge in the official badges thread. I will have to make you one that says staff. You pick which badge style you want from the 20 that are posted, and I will put your pic in it (if you want a diff one). There is a better explanation in that thread. Just put staff repost or something on the request. About LEs and SE cards... You can now have whatever the staff limit is. Just check the rules each time to make sure. You are an admin, so just put your request under the staff requests section by editing that post. Now that you are staff you can also make cards for the LEs/SEs when we open them to the staff, but only if you want to. About the staff thread... All questions or comments you have can be posted in this discussion. In the first post here, you can see a list of our current staff, the current schedule, and a list of job descriptions. But you don't have to have one if you don't want it. &... Never edit the main page plz. I have it backed up, but it would not display right if it's messed with. | Sorry for having you like 99.9% of my job for me Ginger. I've just been writing essays like crazy in prep for AP tests that I'm not taking... I got accepted into college for my senior year though :D! So I'll be going to community college part time. I should be free of my burdens after two weeks now I guess. Until then I get I'm technically on hiatus even though I watch anime while doing hw. :/ Put me into "Stalker Status" as it will seem more like my role in the past month. |

| @IceDraconian ~ Yes, big congrats to you! You really are so determined when it comes to your studies. I couldn't imagine handling all that you do. It's crazy ^_^ ---Don't worry about the newsletters Stalker-san. If I had them done on time you prob could have sent them. But besides that, everyone gets busy & this season is hectic for everyone. You've delivered so many in the past & you did that extra last holiday too. I couldn't ask for a better deliverer! Thanks so much for helping & you can quit worrying about them now too. They're all done. In fact, I now think it's better that they were delivered every couple of days instead of all at once. Participation has been much better than with the last delivery. & lol! I multitask my anime too, so it also may seem like I'm not as busy as I really am sometimes. @Jori-kun & yui_iwisawa ~ Give me a couple more days to get things in order. I've been really busy this week. I'll try to have things straightened Sunday. |

| I have the info for the new staff members that I'd promised. (a bit early lol) Luckily, I had some free time today. (: I am posting this info here & I will also update the staff section with it. Particularly, the invite cards will be placed in the inviter job description. @Jori-kun Here are the cards I promised. Some are really old. Try to match them to the person lol. Feel free to use any or all or none. You can make your own if you want too. Also, if you want me to make the next one with a pic you like, just send me the picture. Invite Cards you can use ~ More to come when we have time to make them... ~If you get anyone who tries to troll you & you don't know how to respond - let me know & I'll help. Some people have nothing better to do, and some even take offense when you post on their page. I've never had someone act like that after an invite card, but I did just get one when I posted a newsletter a few days ago. Thanks for helping out Jori! xD @yui_iwisawa Okay. Your first job will be finding us some replacement videos on youtube for the ops/eds on the main page. First look for the original ops/eds. (orig. sequence animation) IF you can't find that, then look for one that is tv size. (it will have audio of original length but not animation) IF you can't find that, then look for full versoin. IF you can't find that, just report with the name & "couldn't find" or something. Post the replacements here in this discussion like this: Sankarea Op (copy & paste this line from main page so they match) 589jfbnejk (this is the vid code that usually goes in tags) ~We don't want any amvs unless it only contains the show the op/ed is for. Videos can be mirroed, boxed, foreign language, etc., it doesn't matter. Let me know if you have any questions & thanks for helping us yui! ^_^ |

(and there are 2 of you currently) However, I catch up all card threads (3 - 4 of them) once a month. So when I ask for delivery, I really need them delivered within 1 week. Since there are 2 of you guys, I'll usually ask which one can deliver for me without causing them too much inconvenience. Otherwise, I'll rotate the job between you 2. We ask that you use a pic that says PCM delivery or something along those lines on it. You can make one yourself or one of us can make one for you. Just let me know here. We also ask that you change up the pic every anime season (4 times a yr). (~if you've made a lot of deliveries in that time) The deliveries I post will be for 3 -4 threads at a time. I do it this way so you only have to make 1 delivery for each person. (instead of delivering 4 different links 4 different times- you will deliver one msg 1 time) Other staff members may ask for their cards to be delivered too, but I will write up the msg for them so the format is always the same. | I'm doing running start so I've just been registering for college. (It's where you go to college in high school) I kinda messed it up since I'm going part-time (2 classes highschool: history and PE) so I'm taking Calculus which I planned on but now Japanese.... In a way its good, in another way I wasn't able to take Art/Popular Music in the US. I already have 2 years of Spanish so now I'm just adding to world languages. Also, I'm just doing art stuff for school and community service at the food bank. However.... @Ginger I should have little to no problems when the mini comes out because seniors are leaving my classes so were just doing nothing, or so I hope. |

| @Pzykoskillz - Hotarubi no Mori e won the Members' Pick Film Feature. I'll make the feature pic & card for it. So plz just look it on MAL, animenewsnetwork, or wikipedia & find a good description. you'll need to state the sources before the text or in parentheses after. (If you copy & paste) The length, rating, genre, etc can be found on the MAL page for it. Just follow the format of the last film or 2 in this archive: http://myanimelist.net/forum/?topicid=284948 If you want to look for screencaps fine, if not, I will. I always resize them length wise so I may just have our other helper find them & link me to them. If you get bored & do find some link me to them. sometimes a bunch will already be in a blog lol. | @yui_iwisawa ~ copy of my reply for you ^^ It will be the next character feature. It expires June 2nd. This is short notice, so you'll still have the usual week to finish. I'll make the pic & card for it. You just need to look up info on Haruko Haruhara. The MAL page is the first source. The second will be wikipedia or some other wiki. Look here in this archive: http://myanimelist.net/forum/?topicid=286184 for examples on how to write up the feature. We basically just need a short bit of info about who she is & what anime she is from. Link to her MAL page somewhere on there, put everything in a spoiler, & copy & paste a little info about her from somewhere. (make sure you state the source) Since we're linking the page, some other source is better. Then you post it in the archive when you're done. It'll take me a few days to do the card & pic for it, so there's no real rush on it. But I will be needing it within a week so everything's updated before the newsletters go out.
