Help, can anyone name what anime this is from ?

I can't remember but the episode ( just the episode not whole show )was about how some website was giving people powers, and they all became whatever their rpg character they wanted to be and then they all battled each other. I remember one of the people was a girl that was shugo chara/ sailor moon type girl power fighter. And another battle was between some guys in a park, but you leveled up as they battled. So the main character had to figure out who was doin it, and beat them and that was the episode.
