| So how many animes out there has characters that are mean? Examples of the types of characters I'm looking for is Faye Valentine from Cowboy Bebop. http://myanimelist.net/character/2/Faye_Valentine A more current character example is Kakeru from Oretachi ni Tsubasa wa Nai. I like his cool and sarcastic remarks, usually towards the maid who is infatuated with him. I did want to see him more, and less of his insane crazy night life. Screenshot of Kakeru in action. Other notable characters are Revy from Black Lagoon, and Kuroneko from Ore no Imouto. Mention the character along with the anime so I'll know who to look for. ------Prefer------------- -egotistical, brash, selfish/self center, arrogant, likes to verbally abuse people, mean-spirited, or evil. Somebody who probably makes you want to punch their face in real life. -the described character maintains their sense of entitlement, overly inflated ego, their superiority, or elitist viewpoint over a long period of time. They can change like Faye, but I'd like it even more if their behavior don't change at all. -frequently makes condescending or offensive remarks towards someone or some people, especially if it's uncalled for. -has no problem defending their moral high ground. -year 1995 or later anime. -------Required-------- -The character has to be a main character or someone who will appear a lot. I don't want to watch 11+ episodes just to see them a few times. --No yaoi/shounen ai Thanks! |

| Hmmm....well i guess you could count Oga Tatsumi from the anime Beelzebub as one. He's mean, doesn't care about anyone, evil to the core, a bastard and he physically fights people. |
| I actually launched a topic a while ago looking for some of these but didn't find many. So I wish you the best. I will suggest to you my favorite. Although his anime is an acquired taste. I suggest Gundam 00, character in question Tieria Erde. |
