I feel like I need to balance what I watch. Since i've been watching too many Harem Rom Coms I think I would go back to some psychological stuff. Bullying. Basically i'm searching for an anime that deals with stuff like physical or psychological Bullying and other related topics. Preferably in a school setting and with scenes that actually show the torment going on and with like no supernatural or fantasy-esque stuff (Like Shadow Star Narutaru supernatural)

Well, Welcome to the NHK is what you're looking for but instead of bullying it deals with hikikomori's, or 'shut ins'. Can't really think of one that deals with bullying though.

serial Experiment Lain
seems to have a theme of cyber bullying in it,
In NGE/MSG you could say Shingi/Ammuro get bullies into a position they don't want to do.

I can give you lots of psychological anime suggestions, but none that deal specifically with bullying. Initially, it plays an important role in Sci-fi Harry, but it isn't the theme of the story. I've seen it in the random episode now and again, but right now the titles aren't coming up.

Hell Girl has tons of episodes dealing with bullying and some of them are in high school settings. But, it is highly episodic and repetitive, albeit psychological, and up to the point I dropped the series, I don't see much of the core story being developed.

You might want try to Elfen Lied but it's very bloody and the bullying scene only comes late in the series.

Paranoia Agent has issues of bullying in some of the episodes, and is a 'psychological' anime.

Yes to all. I now remember some of the episodes involving bullying. There are quite a few of them in Jigoku Shoujo. The first season was best but i enjoyed the whole series.

There is a good amount of psychological bullying in Weiß Kreuz Glühen

And some in Onii-sama E...

When in need of content aimed more at mature audiences and not 'everyone is happy! lalala~!' stories, one should start thinking about reading manga. Anime just doesn't have enough to cut it, once you start wanting more than typical shounen/shoujo offerings.

Suenobu's work was clearly influenced by bullying she endured during her school years, and Vitamin & Life are excellent reads for those interested in bullying and how it affects people.
