What attributes make her stand out in the ocean of interesting characters that exist in the realms of anime and manga. | Played by Kawasumi Ayako, Lafiel is a brainy elf tsundere with excellent strategic skills. Lafiel is noble and young, but not bratty with a sense of honor. The seiyuu really makes the character come alive. |

| She was the character I liked most while I was watching Crest/Banner of the Stars but other than that, I can't say anything different from what rayyhum777's already said. I really liked how she wasn't bratty or snobby at all and was clear-headed, but otherwise I don't think she was that great. She gets an 8. |

| Ah here we go. The Crest/Banner of the Stars series is a great space opera that needs to be poked at. Lafiel is a princess character I can really get behind, she's strong willed, strong in general, and can almost be brutal when need to be, she's a major reason to watch the show too, and so she gets an 9 from me. |

| Lafiel is a very capable, rational, intelligent and strong leader, as has been said. Yet she's capable to a fault, where she can get a bit hot-headed and overzealous with whatever she intends to do, and her relationship with Jinto helps to calm that aspect down. As with most Abh, she's also proud, loyal, a bit eccentric and ready to sortie if need be. She's also willing to take charge whenever necessary and can think on the fly in order to break through whatever corner she's trapped in, self-made or otherwise. |

| Lafiel is a wonderful character. She really comes across as much more realistically portrayed than most anime characters, and she has a perfect personality for her role, as many of the other posters have highlighted. I favorited her, a definite 10/10. |

| I still don't know how I am going to vote in the coming You Decide for her. It has been forever since I last watched Banner/Crest and I do remember that I really liked her in Crest, but by the end of the first Banner series she was getting on my nerves. Something about her overbearing Tsundre attitude just ate away at me over time and started to overshadow many of the good points that you guys have already highlighted. I should probably watch Banner II and see if she gets worse or changes for the better. |

| I have never seen this character before, but I have heard of her(it was an ex's fave char). Shes moderately cute for an anime girl (but then again what isnt these days, I also never seen the anime so I dont know of her development. |
