Nomination 1: Fujimoto Tatsuki 17-26
Optional Positive Comment: An anthology of 8 short stories written by Tatsuki Fujimoto, of Chainsaw Man and Look Back fame. You get to see the creative progression Fujimoto takes as his works become more complex and he hits on some themes he tackles in later works. My absolute favorite of these was episode 7, Nayuta of the Prophecy (which brought me to literal tears), a story about a guy trying to raise his demonic younger sister alone in a world that doesn't accept her. Cannot recommend it enough, especially if you're a fan of Chainsaw Man or any other Fujimoto works!

Nomination 2: Akujiki Reijou to Kyouketsu Koushaku
Optional Positive Comment: A romance between a boy and a girl both ostracized for their fascination toward monster meat. I watched a few episodes of this and it was really cute, definitely my favorite out of the eligible shows! I tend to gravitate more toward BL and GL when it comes to romance, but this couple stole my heart right from the very first episode. While it doesn't really scratch the same monster meat worldbuilding itch Dungeon Meshi does, this one is more about the romance and the dynamic between the two leads.

And here are some "unofficial" nominations of unsupported shows that do not fit the eligibility requirements due to having too low an entry count. While they have zero chance of getting into the clash, I just wanted to plug them since I've been having a great time watching them!

Unofficial Nomination 1: Ugoku! Neko Mukashibanashi
Optional Positive Comment: A short-form series with 3-minute episodes, each modifying a different fairy tale and adding cats to it. Very funny and cute, and covers both Japanese and western fairy tales. The ED is one of my favorites of the season. With only about 500 entries and not even enough attention to get a MAL score, this one is criminally underwatched, and you can catch up on it in less than half an hour!

Unofficial Nomination 2: Ninja to Gokudou
Optional Positive Comment: While this anime is far from what I would call "good", it is an INCREDIBLY fun time, especially if you watch it with friends. There is no limit to what this anime will do, or to how long a character will survive post-decapitation to deliver their tragic backstory. Just endless carnage and stupidity. I love it.

Nomination 1: Fujimoto Tatsuki 17-26
Optional Positive Comment: I'm a pretty big fan of his work and this is an easy recommendation. It's interesting to see what different people gravitate towards in terms of stories, but while they're all pretty rough around the edges, that's also the strength of these works: they're all the seeds of bigger ideas that sprout in other works of Fujimoto's. I love the assortment of animation styles different studios brought to this as well.

Nomination 1: Bukiyou na Senpai.
Optional Positive Comment: A rare workplace romance show, very relaxing and pleasant, including simple but enjoyable dynamic between senpai and kouhai.

Nomination 2: Nageki no Bourei wa Intai shitai Part 2
Optional Positive Comment: The comedy is ridiculous, but on the positive side. Its crazy, its chaotic but its one of the rare "misunderstanding" comedy to actually work in a longer run.

Nomination 3: Akujiki Reijou to Kyouketsu Koushaku
Optional Positive Comment: An interesting concept of eating monsters and exploring the world building using that weird gimmick, with a pinch of charming and innocent romance.

Nomination 1: Akujiki Reijou to Kyouketsu Koushaku
Optional Positive Comment: A solid show in every aspect imo. Great chemistry between the MCs. No drama or ambiguity related to their couple thanks to a niche hobby that creates a solid bond. Hobby that is more of a scientific field able to re-shape the country and is central to the world dynamic. Actually top 4 of the season for me.

Nomination 2: Futari Solo Camp
Optional Positive Comment: This one continues to be quite comfy. Never stays too much in "drama" territory. Includes some camping tips and gear comparisons that I find useful for music festival camps too.

Nomination 3: Kikaijikake no Marie
Optional Positive Comment: Has better dynamic between the two leads than expected with them being more fleshed out than I anticipated. Fun enough show.

Nomination 1: Bukiyou na Senpai
Optional Positive Comment: Best romance anime of the season, amazing workplace senpai and kouhai dynamic that is pure joy to watch, getting better and better each episode as it goes. Azusa easily best female character of the season and also best OP that fits the vibe of the show perfectly that I have never once wanted to skip.

Nomination 2: Akujiki Reijou to Kyouketsu Koushaku
Optional Positive Comment: Absolutely amazing innocent romance over boy and girl that bond over monster food, they are ideal for each other and are smitten by each other from very first episode, absolute joy to watch this cute couple develop each episode.

Nomination 3: Egao no Taenai Shokuba desu
Optional Positive Comment: One of the best most enjoyable underrated anime this season about timid awkward woman who is writing manga, her every day struggles and delusions bring amazing comedy each episode, seeing her meet new people who support her and make a wonderful workplace is a true joy.

Nomination 1:Fujimoto Tatsuki 17-26
Optional Positive Comment: Adaptations of one-shots by Fujimoto in his earlier career stages that confirmed him full of "volcano of ideas". In this anthology we see good shorts supported by a great production, recurring themes present also in Fujimoto most known works and and in the 8th episode the piece that set the foundations for Look Back.

Nomination 2:3-nen Z-gumi Ginpachi-sensei
Optional Positive Comment: It was only a question of time to see a whole comedy spin-off for the Gintama franchise. Here we are in a school setting with Gintoki as a Teacher delivering funny gags and it's more appreciated if you wathced before Gintama OG cause the characterization it's heavily linked with the series, some of the main cast stand out.

Nomination 3: Towa no Yuugure
Optional Positive Comment: It's not a perfect show often leaning towards obsessive romance moments but there is interest about the world building and curiousity whom happended to the person which her search is the goal of the protagonist. In the last part of this season they deliver also some important plot twists and modern sci-fi vibes in the background.

Nomination 1: Kao ni Denai Kashiwada-san to Kao ni Deru Oota-kun
Optional Positive Comment: It's a usual by the books, wholesome, youthful romance, but that simplicity has definitely been a source of joy for me this season. Here's hoping more people would check this out.

Nomination 2: 3-nen Z-gumi Ginpachi-sensei
Optional Positive Comment: As a Gintama fan, I have to admit that this show didn't really quite meet my expectations on the level of fun I thought I was gonna get from it. But that doesn't change the fact that it still made me happy that Gintama came back, in some way, shape, or form-- so personal bias, this is. xD BE FOREVER YOROZUYA!!!

Nomination 3: Towa no Yuugure
Optional Positive Comment: While I stopped watching this show due to it impatiently rushing towards the fanservice land, after having a really good early impression, I still acknowledge its potential to be a really good Sci-Fi, Adventure, Action show. Hopefully, they do start focusing on the plot, sooner than later.
