Not really. But I like Saya's design a lot more from Blood+

Her design in Blood-C isn't bad per say. But I'm not the biggest fan of CLAMP'S designs at times.

yes I like it alot most in the film And I don't know why, but I love her hairstyle and I actually like her character design.
