and that will become obviously true to anyone who stops to think about it

whether directly or indirectly, however much near or far, every moment of suffering is caused by others, including the two who brought you without your consent into this world, and going all the way up the ladder to the monster who created the universe and willed this whole theatre of absurdity into motion

but everyone is too addicted to society, to family, to relationships, to "life," to follow their better interests and take the reasonable action of turning their backs it all

"the good outweighs the bad" they will say, and call anyone crazy who self-isolates, as they've done for thousands of years

but in fact the bad far outweighs the good, and what's crazy is having any part of it

Human relationships are a two-way street. Nothing happens out of nowhere, even if it's not your fault.

What popped into my mind when I came across this post is the quote, "hell is other people" from an old playwright by a French existentialist.

Sure, but think of how many problems you've also caused for other people by simply existing. It goes both ways.

Then again, think of how many successes you've had due to other people, and how many other people's successes were aided by you.

That's just how life is. Human relationships are a careful balance of giving and taking. Saying people are "addicted" to society, family, relationships...that's like saying people are addicted to breathing. It's human nature.

I've always thought that was the case
When you think about it you all can see that one partner always triggers the collapse of relationships.
If you look through the city’s traffic control center data you can see that every jam is caused by one cheap ass driver’s stubbornness to properly maintain his car and learn proper traffic rules.
I say without doubt internal suffering is caused by external neglect, societal expectations, or bad parenting

Who even said that problems are bad?
You buy a crossword to solve it - and throw it away once it's done, not the other way around.

Funny how you blame others.
You have got a crossword lying on your desk, untouched. Then your mom comes in to dust under it, and you are like, "God, you are so annoying."
Then your dad drops by to give you a couple of hints, and you snap, "I'll handle it myself."
Then your little sis comes along and starts doodling in it with a pencil, and you hiss at her, "You'll ruin it!" - only to realize later, with regret, that she actually got everything right, using words you didn't even know. And then you think, "What a smug little brat."

So everyone is to blame, while a dusty crossword sits on *your* desk (and, of course, it's guilty too). And sure, an unsolved crossword is an eternal source of suffering.

Then you go on some anime forum, trying to convince others that crosswords are stupid, pointless trash. You even find people with their own dusty crosswords lying around, and you are thrilled that someone confirmed your righteousness. Although, naturally, they are also to blame for your suffering - since they don't help much with solving the crossword either.

And I'll tell you this:
A fruit starting with "A", five letters down - that's "Zimbabwe". I know it doesn't fit perfectly, but... just give it a try, you need to start somewhere, right?

The rest is up to you, sorry. I've got my own crosswords to solve, and I really enjoy doing them, haha.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Well technically you can say that all of your problems are everyone else fault if you think about the micro-causes of everything to ever happen in all of existence but that's a silly way of looking at life. People should be well aware of their own faults and how to best manage life through them. Also no your parents aren't evil for having sex.

There's no such thing as being "too addicted to society," this just feel like pseudo-intellectual talk from someone who is depressed. Besides society has existed for all of humanity, even in hunter-gathers times just to much smaller and different scale as today. Same with family and relationships.

@Maou_heika I'm sorry. You shouldn't have to feel that way about yourself.

True, bad people don't randomly become bad, the best way to live the rest of of life is to enjoy what time we have left.

This does not generate conversation. Another NEET so miserable with just posting online all day and accomplishing nothing, that he hates the whole universe.
It's sad that you feel that way, I suppose.
A job might help you stop thinking yourself into such misery, even if it's not fun, it'll at least distract you from such destructive thoughts.
