Yah i mean english VA. I recognized it the second he didn't opened he's mouth. Anyways the western cartoon animation art style definitely nailed all the scenes, and she does match the energy of a comic character. with the comic artstyle and all it's goofy, fun, action scenes.

More importantly
We finally learned X's identity and how he has so much power, so he was a magician that explaines where he gets he's trust value . He's a magician so he can do anything, this joker type powered characters are always trouble and unpredictable in any anime/ any piece of fiction. Such a classic but presented in such awesome and cinematic way.

I don't think X being a magician is accurate.

He has been shown previously to be an office worker. It is possible he was a magician before that, but the more likely answer is simply that Ahu viewed him as a "true" magician instead of a fake like he saw at the circus. Those images are just his imagination of what X can do, not reality. At least, that's how I interpreted it. I'm sure next week's episode will help clarify more about X.

oh that thought never crossed my mind. but that was my first impression and that's how interpreted it.
what i thought, is that they met in a circus where ahu saw him behind the scenes(i mean ahu was pretty popular, might not as popular as x since all he does is repeated tricks), i mean at the start of the scen at the wending machine, X flicker he's eyes towards ahu. I interpreted that scene has x recognized ahu from before.

i can totally be wrong, after hearing a second opinion i am questing all my thoughts. Will can't be helped, we just have to wight for a week to see what happens ha.

I'm thinking it was Ahus imagination because be still had the X tie pin and also I think X looked at ahu because X lives in the same community and thinks Ahu can help fix it, he saw the potential
